I remember when I first played as Marth back in Brawl, I became so curious for his story that I began to search videos of FE here on TH-cam. I found one where they mentioned the OVA and I was hyped: "Gotta see this anime!" Very sad it only had two episodes, it would have made a great show...
The scene with Marth telling Caeda that he will go and rescue her father from the pirates and then Jagan interjects about revealing their whereabouts with this OST beginning in the background, (in the english dub), was the most hypest and pore-raising moment in the first episode.
the series ended after 2 episodes, which was only where chapter 3 ended. if they continued, the series could have lasted for at least a full series of 13-26 episodes.
Don't forget they could have continued with Mystery of the Emblem. This series could have had two season. It's such a freaking shame it didn't continue. I love this anime. It could have been really good.
Joseph Brooks I loved that exposition at the beginning and end of each episode. The voice and the writing of it, sucked me right into the troubles of Akaneia... Epic
They should've kept this going and had its cast return for Heroes (I heard that Cain and Abel were not played by Hiyama and Okiayu in Heroes but Marth was played by Midorikawa bc Melee)

Let's be honest, nobody wants this to return. Even though the second episode is way better quality than the first, it's still not very good in Anime standards. What we WANT is a new perfect Fire Emblem anime
I miss the older dark feel to the games, I feel these days the stories are poorly written, majority of the characters are annoying, and mini games take up majority of what should be intense hard-core strategy. Yet what gets me is that this new shallow method of the game is more popular, it drives me insane.
3H was alright, but now that Engage is out I'm gonna have to agree... hopefully they do remakes of the older grittier games and they are super well received so that FE goes back in that direction

This is my favorite version of the fire emblem theme.
thracia 776 also had a good one. this had the best reorchestration from mystery of the emblem followed by the DS remakes.
