Random thing from something that came up during stream- as someone who gets frequent migraines from astigmatism, generally auditory media is pretty good as a means of keeping your brain stimulated without causing discomfort to your eyes because it doesn't require you to be looking at anything. As long as you keep the audio fairly quiet and don't frequently look at your phone, ASMR should be safe to listen to without making your migraine worse.
