- Hey y'all, welcome to another video. I started editing this video last January, but I scrapped it for quite a long time. After a year I decided to return to it and I had so much fun bringing it back to life. I really wanted this montage to have almost two vibes in it. The first part is more so extention of a montage I did back in 2022 called "WEST COAST". The other part gets it's own vibe that is really unique to this montage. I did many things differently to achieve different flow of the video to make this one stand out quite a lot. I really enjoyed the process of this one and I love the color grading of the 2nd part. The first part has color grading that's reused from WEST COATs chorus, but with more drama to kind of tie those two together. What do y'all think? Let me know in comments! Cya soon! ♥

oh my gawddddd i knew that switch up was coming eventually but i didnt expect the transition to eat THAT HARD!! I really loved the whole thing but the second part felt so dreamy and slow and soothing and that like subtle change made me feel so warm and tingly inside like OOUHHHHH-
So glad to see sad girl come out after a year! Really been anticipating this one and it did not disappoint AT ALL! I guess sad girl treatment can be considered a good thing now cuz HOLAY SHET THIS SERVEDDDDD
:D I love how the plans from last year made it onto the final version. It felt really true to the original intentions. I'm so happy you enjoyed the 2nd part! I wanted the first part to be almost like an extention of west coast chorus vibes and then it goes into something that speaks for itself. Honestly I think sad girl treatment was good cuz she got the glow up she needed :D I feel like if i released this a year ago I wouldn't go as much into such a big switch up and it'd be less unique let's say! :D Thank you so much for your support btw ♥

2019 / 2020 feels lowkey like a lifetime ago :D Thank you so much for watching! I'm not sure if I could cook something with yes, and? since it's quite housey and I feel like the chorus itself doesn't have that big moment. It's a cute song tho, I feel like if I was to make like a highlights of a competitive plays it'd fit much better there! (which now thinking about it if I ever made that it sounds like a cute song to use for that lol)

:D I always seen chorus of this song as really cold and dreamy. I also always wanted there to be like a switch up. At first it was supposed to be full on edit. Like EDIT 2.0 inspired stuff, but I didn't like that idea. I kinda did it in Doin' Time so it felt like I wanted to try a different execution on something similar yet different.
