For those who remember Professor LaMonica, he is a Professor of History and Coordinator of the Global Studies Program at Delaware County Community College in Media, Pennsylvania. He holds history and global studies degrees from LaSalle University, Villanova University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Professor LaMonica’s publication topics include the US Army’s 1916 Punitive Expedition into Mexico, tactical development in the US Army during the Great War, and Cold War diplomacy. He resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In today's episode, we dive deep into the history of the 1916 expedition by the US Army into Mexico, hunting the elusive Pancho Villa.
