I know everyone wants to play animal crossing but I recommend waiting for a switch. I know everyone probably doesn’t wanna wait like me, but I think it’s worth the wait. If you wait for a Nintendo switch and buy it instead of a Nintendo switch lite, you’ll get a better experience.

Emma’s Plant Army Keep in mind if a controller on the side of the switch lite starts drifting it will probably be expensive to repair, but otherwise I think it’s a good idea for you to get a switch lite. Considering you don’t need the extra features, good luck!

Dbrand has pastel green and blue joy con skins and if you buy their cream dock accents skin and buy a skin of the front of the dock on ebay or something you can make your make your switch look like the real thing.
Me and my sister were gonna save up for one to share, but my mum said she will get us one for Christmas, so I gotta wait for Christmas ;_;

I’m actually glad my moms ok with me getting a reg switch instead of the lite she says bc she doesn’t want me to be on handheld mode a lot bc I get closer to the screen and I’m the only one in the family that has perfect eyesight
agree lol, my mom said that the $100 is not worth it since i cant play the tv mode which is pretty the main pont of the SWITCH
lol i decided to get the reg switch anyways bc its worth the price
reg switch: 3 playing mode for $299, whereas, switch lite: 1 playing mode for $199
+ i already have glasses i dont need to worry about my eyesight at this point LMAO

Never played AC until Pocket Camp. And that was like couple of weeks before I got New Horizons. The experience of playing New Horizons was and is still amazing though. New to the series or not, you’ll enjoy it :)

I preordered mine so it shipped from Amazon as soon as the release date and it only took 2 days... Of course it's going to be different now because it's no longer in stock and only resellers sell them. So there is no telling how long shipping would take unfortunately.

Watching this in 2024 I find it nostalgic watching switch unboxing videos from the pandemic. I ate them up, they used to help me with my anxiety back then. Now it’s just a nod to a different time. Love this
ive been obsessed with animal crossing and i want a Nintendo switch for new horizons. I play pocket camp. I don’t know why, but I’m starting to get really interested in stuff like Wii’s and Nintendo and it’s funny how in the past I thought only cringey kids used it. I literally want one but I don’t even know if my strict parents will say yes to buy it because of the pandemic. Longer into the video and the K.K Slider control looks awesome! I really want it!!
Nintendo products have always held a special place in my heart! Maybe if you order it online you may be able to get it without going out due to the pandemic. I'm glad that you are finding joy with Animal Crossing. I also play pocket camp! The sakura event is so beautiful! 😍🌸

This is genuinely one of the best unboxing vids I've ever seen, of the AC Switch or any other console; I like how you made a point to show each side of what you had in your hand, from the box and the dock to the case and controller. Wonderfully done. (That you put the straps on the opposite color Joycons just makes the whole thing feel more authentic.)

I just got mine I’m gonna play so much of it so I can prepare myself for the switch pro coming out later this year the animal crossing switch is the best limited edition switch ever made
I want to get a switch lite for my birthday, a coral one with animal crossing on it, but I already have a regular switch (shared) and animal crossing (digital copy) so I don’t have to always share the switch.
But my mom says stuff like “but you already have it” and I’m not sure what. Other games I want

I never liked controllers for some reason. I always played on pc (mostly because I grew up with pc and not controllers). I find it funny because I now really like controllers. Planning to ask my parents for nintendo switch (I would also be happy with nintento switch lite). Wish me luck

I have the classic red and blue neon switch and this is really cool. I have the animal crossing on it too. The reason I got it was because I had been playing new leaf before and really enjoyed it so I got new horizons. It is so much fun. I recommend the Nintendo switch instead of the lite because you can so much more 100 dollars more. And overall the experience is better. Hope this helped
So I gotta wait till Christmas to get switch, so I’ve basically been making myself wish it was Christmas by watching these types of Nintendo switch videos (manly animal crossing ones xD)
You putting that into the dock gave me complete paranoia. If I were you (if you haven't already), get a screen protector and a slim line body case that can fit into the dock whilst on the switch! I got controller see through covers, a clear slim line plastic case and a glass screen protector to prevent any damage to any parts of my animal crossing switch. Especially since the dock can scratch the switches back and screen.
Haha that's why I was suuuuper careful when I put it into the dock for the unboxing video. I applied the screen protector that came with the case as soon as I finished recording the video! Lol! I need to look into the clear protector you suggested for the dock though. Thank you for the tips!!

I just got my animal crossing switch last week from Playasia! It was imported from Korea and it was a hefty price of 500 dollars but that’s the lowest I’ve seen compared to other resellers. Totally worth it to me tho It’s beautiful and blue and green are my two favorite colors there was no way I could just get a regular switch after seeing it. It’s all I’ve thought about the past 4 or 5 months😭

I can’t tell if you pushed the release buttons to disconnect the joy cons. But if you didn’t you could damage the locks and they won’t be able to stay securely in place after a while.
