As an adult, I love the way white lights look, but then I think back on that memory- rainbow lights it is. **Fun fact, there is a picture of me doing this very thing my first Christmas (8 months old) and I did it until my preteen years. It’s the little things. ❤

I'm a giver I don't ever want anything. I enjoy this time of year for spending time with my family and the people I love. My daughter (now 23yo) always had a pink tree with all the Disney Princess & Barbie ornaments and my 16yo twin boys had a tree with colored lights with the Toy Story ornaments in each of their rooms. Then, Ofc the main traditional tree in the family room. The kids love it just as much as I do - still. #xmasmemories

They have electric Christmas trees now. It sets up by itself, it takes itself down. It even have lights that you can change with a remote. It looks awesome.
As my children were growing up , 3:51 each Christmas they’d get a new ornament each year. When they left home they got to take those ornaments with them for their own Christmas trees.
You gotta get an ornament with Ivys name on it that she hangs that one (at least) every year. Ill be 50 in December and thats one memory i still hold so close to my heart... Especially since my mom passed away its something she always made happen every year.

I have a Willow Tree nativity....I purchased it piece by piece.
Tip for putting away Christmas lights take a flap from box and wrap each strand around it, it works great
