Apparently, it's a 'paradise resort' in Shonan called 逗子マリーナ (Zushi Marina). Google for images and you'll see - I've found some images of the bridge where they filmed that beautiful scene at 5:02.

It's the Shonan region (Sagami bay, Kanagawa), you can even see Enoshima island at 1:25 and 1:54, and it's said in the credits song too.
