Spray Drying: Encapsulation of Vitamins

Vitamins & minerals are essential for the functioning of our body. They are naturally present in foods (eg. fruits and vegetables). We need to consume regular quantities to avoid micronutrient deficiencies. Encapsulation is a technique to preserve the activity of micronutrients. We will learn about encapsulation using spray drying technology in this exhibit.
