Worked next-door to Borthwicks in the 60s in Deptford Power Stn , we oten used to fish a carcass of frozen lamb out of the river that had fallen 🤔 off the boat while unloading 😄 great little film very interesting to me as a native of the area , thanks

    Bravo! Love it!
Thank you for citing sources for all the lovely photos you used ❤
This was a wonderful contemporary time capsule for a lesser known part of London.
    We want more!!

The funnel with the whistles 5:33 looks like THE TITANIC in A NIGHT TO REMEMBER !
Same film stock sequence possibly ?

2:31 there's a nice shot of Church Hill looking in the other direction in an old TV show called "Smiley's People", I believe it happens in episode 2, this shot would date to 1982. Smiley's People was the follow up to the TV adaptation of "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy", and both shows are well worth the time taken to watch them.

Thank you so much for the tip, I've found the episode elsewhere (although it's mirrored) and I will use it in future.
