Thanks for your video ! But did you know how can I set the resources for every pod in the values.yaml for Gitlab ? Et and can I limit the worker processes and replica especially for the web services ?
It depends on your Kubernetes cluster

Go to the "resources: {}" section. You can set memory, CPU, and storage.
