FYI Scents of Woods was the first brand I saw to allow you to customize the bottle. They allow you to pick the color of the bottle (charcoal, ebony, or ivory) and the color of the cap (gold or black). Would love to see Demi review their line of fragrances.

I just picked up a decant of blue sapphire so good! complex, smooth, musky, floral.
I bought my bottles 1 month ago and they had not had the customization feature. Darn it! Lol i would hv loved that. I also loved Harmonious.

Nice video and very informative. However, Darian - The Bowtie Fragrance Guy has been talking about that fragrance band for a very long time. When I first started getting into fragrances, I popped down to Selfridges and Harrods to check them out. And at the time - I thought having Gold in your aftershave was something new, to me.

@@demirawling I wouldn't say you were late to jump on the bandwagon - it's more of a case of the planets alined and now you're checking it out. To be honest - I didn't give aftershave a second thought until I saw Michella's videos and then I started getting up to lots of mischief with the ladies at Harrods and Selfridges when I pop in to check the fragrances. The guy on the M.F.K. counter thinks, I'm crazy as I stop different ladies to ask how a fragrance smells on me. Then they stay to have a chat or two about different types of fragrances. It's a scream.
I adore Bodacious! It’s intresting that you say it’s cherry with a little boozyness, for me this fragnance is mostly boozy at start (rum/cognac), and a rounded “alcoholic” cherry scent, not a freshly cut cherry like in BDK - Rouge Smoking. A lot of almond, maybe even marzipan? which gives the fragnance a “cakey”, “edible”, gourmand vibe. But overall it’s so yummy! BDK - RS and Bodacious are my signature cherry scents. Though i think the pricetag on Bodacious is a bit too expensive, even for this quality.

Demi, You doing a great job with your explanations. The truth is, when am watching your video is easier for me to notice which fragrance is great and which you love the most even when you do AD for companies. That's how I bought Oud for Greatness, Layton and others. But I have tested Blue Sapphire but it came to me at first very annoying. Maybe is because I have invested so much expectation in Blue Sapphire due to the way so many people spoke about it in the past. I was thinking the smell was going to hit me like Alexander 11 and Nexos by xerjoff did or baccarat Rouge by MFK did but Blue Sapphire was boring to me and I was disappointed, and since then I didn't bother even looking into any fragrance from the house of BOADICEA THE VICTORIOUS. But I'm glad you said Blue Sapphire took you some time which show the honesty in your video. I love the way you come out being honest in your videos even when you are patnering with these companies. I guess am going to give Blue Sapphire another chance. I am also going to try Violet Sapphire and bodacious. What do you think about SOVEREIGN by Boadicea The Victorious.

I didn't like them at first but theyre growing on me I love azrak dasman harmonious bodacious Zayed pearl moon ardent sadu valiant aqua sapphire mocuss aurica Al kout they have so many amazing fragrances they have a lot of fragrances I don't care about but a lot of good ones they're fragrances don't have the depth of a roja fragrances I think their thing is make a nice scent and use the best ingredients because u can definitely smell the quality

@@danielstanley9046 kinda hard to say because it's so many fragrances I've smelled a lot of fragrances from 100 dollar range to 3k I would say ormonde elixir black gold by ormonde Jayne royal oud by creed green Irish tweed by creed scandal parfum by roja danger parfum by roja Elysium parfum by roja aqua sapphire by Boadicea santal 33 by le labo vetiver geranium by creed reflection man by amouage a lot of amazing fragrances that could be signature scent worthy

Wow great review of this underrated house, yes it's crazy expensive however they are my favorite by far! I also love Chariot, kings road, Hyde park, blue, violet and fire sapphire are regal IMO! Please review Chariot you might love it!

I absolutely love Resplendent, my hubby loves Decade on me. You should also smell Khawa. I ordered over 20 samples a while back, the ones that did not have high quality ingredients spoiled and the most expensive ones are still alive and well. 😊 BTW Blue Sapphire irritated the fragcom the most as many concur it’s a copy of Abdul Samad Al Qurashi Blend. The fragcom is well traveled 😊

I have Ardent and gave it away. It was reminding me of Gris Charnel which I don’t care for - gave it away too. I got a decant of Violet Sapphire. It’s nice but no way is it worth the ridiculous price.

@@demirawling Yes, the new L'Art bottles you can pick the color and texture of the leather on the top and the color of the rope around the top. Not as customizable as these by any means. But I'll cherish that bottle forever. Your right, those kind of things make great gifts ❤️

Hey Demi, I absolutely love the brand. Boadicea is one of my favorite brands. I own Valiant, Glorious, Ardent and Nemer. I’m looking forward to adding more to my collection. Blue Sapphire pulled a little too masculine on my skin but it is a gorgeous scent.

It is nice, but there are better fragrances for your money. Harmonious by Boadicea is supposed to nice, it is supposed to smell similar to Dior Homme Parfum.

I have never written a bad review on a fragrance house before but I must do so in this case. I placed an order for Valiant through the UK online store. They require you pay through paypal. A week goes by and I did not receive my order so I chatted them through whatsapp to get an update on my order. Come to find out they cancelled it. I asked why and they said "It happens". That was strange so I asked if it "just happens" a lot. To which they replied with a blurb on their company policy which is to cancel orders if you intend to make samples out of their fragrances for profit. UMMM...how in the world would they just decide that is what I was going to do and cancel my order. Have never sold a sample of anything in my life. I don't care how much they charge for their fragrances...if a customer is willing to spend 1300 bucks for a bottle, they should at least have the decency to treat their customers better. I WILL NEVER purchase another one of their fragrances....EVER.

Surely they’re giving these fragrances away because most reviewers don’t look like they can afford them and people who can afford them simply would never spend 6k on a fragrance. I’m not against profit but I wish the price aligned more with the ingredients. A 100x cost multiplier would be ok but not a 500x
