Its the rain sounds that may be annoying because he swims so its not the water. Take him on the outside and let it touch his hands playfully to calm him.
I don't think it's from the earthquake because he probably cried or has been displaced before. He probably has seasonal anxiety which can turn to depression as he ages. Some persons if they fall asleep and wakes after the rain will get sad. Some persons are not able to live in places like England because of the gloomy weather. They could probably take him to a child psychologist to help him process his feelings until he gets older to manage it

Booking in the cooking in durian on washing carpets because when you wash the carpet them in the rain and get a good wash me with the same house and chill because my wife I was wrong because and also my panels was not working at the time because there were no son so I have to hurry up and recharge my stuff before the place get darker and darker in the rain so that is what I did to cook sleep and an angle to my lover and my children them because it was so fun in the rain sleeping😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤

Alyssa Ameike is having anxiety from the rain. He can’t even explain. Poor baby. Someone mentioned Desensitization. It will take a little process to set him stand on the balcony and watch the rain and then later let him stand in the rain. I had rain anxiety when I was a kid and I could not explain it to my parents. When the place gets dark and the rain came down, I could not breathe. Hopefully he will grow it out.
Alright I will do that , I had taken him on the balcony when it was raining so he could see . But I will try when letting him stand in the rain as well
