You can go according to cut off, dheniki cut off thakva unte ade better college anukovali inka....else previous 5-7 years lo cvr is in better position than grrr, you can also check the placements in both college websites and take the decision.

ECE is little bit tougher than CSE, but if you are interested you can go with it, else if have budget you can take buy a cse seat in top colleges, else you can try to take cse in normal colleges without donation(as you mentioned you are getting ece without donation, ask for cse in similar manner), else you can also take drop and prepare for mains or adv.
It's completely your choice to go with.
