Corey I cannot believe you don’t have a huge following. You are funny af and the overall content is A1. New sub for the ride to 100k subs. It will come sooner than later easily 😏🔥
Finally a poker Vlogger that's actually entertaining. Keep going dude I just subscribed. I'll admit I'm not the best poker player play play to the best of my ability.
Just watched 3 or 4 of your videos and immediately subscribed. I remember sitting in Chasers when it was pretty new, and telling people there was this guy on TH-cam posting good poker videos, when that really wasn't a thing. When I said who, they always asked how to spell his name. N e e m e. Since then, I found Rampage pretty early. Now you. I haven't played since I had Covid right at the beginning of it (thanks, Mohegan Sun, I think) but it's getting to be about time for me to start playing again. It will be my first time playing with Social Security money, or since becoming an actual grandpa, lol. I was happy to hear that you fold to river donk bets by grandpas. Good info. I actually miss the people more than the poker itself. It will be good to see who's still showing up to play. Probably a bunch of regulars in NH/MA/CT assume I must be dead to not show up for 3 years. The list of poker people and non-poker people who I've played poker with, is pretty crazy. Meeting extraordinary people is something I've always enjoyed and stumbled upon more than my share of. Even at Chasers, I played against someone super important from outside the poker world where nobody had a clue who he was, and I won't spoil it by saying who. Turned out to be a solid player too. My best poker advice is not even about poker. It's to find good people, and stay in touch with them. Young poker pros who put on their Bose headphones and never learn all about the huge variety of people they play against, are missing the best part of the game. The technical challenge of playing well is awesome, making money is awesome, but learning about other people is also awesome, and doesn't hurt the results at all, in fact can help. All forms of paying attention can help your results.
My biggest night was on a 1/3 table where 1 guy either raised 16 or 21 every single hand- he was maybe folding preflop 1 out of every 10 hands- calling big bets with gut shots- well, he proceeded to bust the 4 biggest stacks at the table with this style- a few hours in, after building my stack, I finally got him heads up: I had AQo and an ace came on the flop, we go back and forth with big bets and I end up all in for about $1,200 by the turn- he had A7o - $2,500 win at about 3/4 am probably
So you aren't my favorite poker vlogger. Spraggy, Slow Poker, Fintan Hand, Ryan Depaulo, Andrew and Owen are my top group. Im very glad Slow Poker told me to come follow you bc you are quickly moving up my ranks! (I think it was Slow Poker who told me about you, maybe not, but probably 100% sure) Great stuff my man!
I had a guy do this one night when he was down to his last $30...he built it up to $3800. He left (he dumped it all back because he sucked but still fun to watch).
The first video I watched I thought, "wow, I can't get through this. This dude is crazy annoying." I am 5 videos in and you earned a sub. Cheers, friend
So, I lived in the Isle of Man (4 years) and Liverpool (1 year). Your northern UK accent is actually improving. The "Oi" is a nice touch, little easier on the "Innit?" But keep working on it, you may make it to Manchester yet.
I had a guy going all in every hand on me one time, with a fairly full table, but he was doing it to try to piss me off. In any case, I finally had enough, called him with suited connectors, J 10 of diamonds to be exact. Long story short, I walked face first into Queens. Awesome, right! WTF lol
You know what would be an awesome idea? If when you do conservation/impressions with other players…you do stick figure animations. Kind of like GradeAUnderA
This is quite familiar lol….playing in Charlestown West Virginia 6/7 years ago some random guy came from the roulette table with a bag full of lavenders proceeded to blind all in every hand until he burned through 10k wouldn’t even tell us his name. Everyone went home after he left how can you possibly get joy at $50/$100 pots when this guy was yeeting every dollar blind til he hit his limit lol
Flop bet of 40 is too small imo, u can even go over bet on flop in this spot n fold to hove, remember overbet on flop is much smaller that river overbet & therefore its great tool to bluff...downside is when u have decent equity & ur opponent shove in ur face, that's why i suggest to make this play when ur have v little to no equity so u don't regret if u have to fold after taking a stab

Hi Corey... Loving your channel... And you commentary is top notch... Question... Tipping the dealer, How much is a reasonable tip? Do you flat tip a standard amount of a % of your winnings? I know the dealer only get paid s servers wage, which is 1/3 led then minimum wage,so their income is mainly tips... I see big tips on small pot and a $1 on massive pots of over $3000... Just a fundamental part of poker is tipping and I know a pissed dealer can with intent (unintentionally) effect your play by rolling a card on the deal or even early turn our river that can effect you hand.. I also know that a good solid dealer is worth their weight gold... So what are your thoughts..
at my poker room it's either 18 or 20 an hour tips get split between them all so u can tip $10 and well its going to every dealer the dealer that just cost you $400. so I dont believe they have server wages but i personally tip 5-10 for every 100-200 i win and any $100+ bet i put a $5 tip on top so if i win they get $10 if i loose nothing. I dont tip on classic poker tables just the ones where im against the dealer like ultimate texas or the flush game with 7 cards. but tip like 2-10% depending on how much u like the dealer is how i do it
@@calebowens6414 you don't to on "classic" poker games like, a 9 handed Hold'em game? You just tip on the carnival poker games, the games in the same or as the BJ tables? I know most in casinos those are separate departments and separate staff... Most pit games are shared tips... But most poker rooms the dealers all keep their own tips. If there not getting tipped they're only makes their hourly... Which I know in Florida it's is a servers wage of $8.89. And my friends in Colorado just got a bump to $11.98. The same as cocktail servers, bartenders and food servers.. So if your not tipping in classic poker games you are probably hated by all the dealers... I tip no less then $2 on any pot I profit $20+. I bump it $5 on pots over $60. Then the tip will vary beyond that, depending on the dealer. But never lower then the $2 to $5 to $?? I see it like an inflation... There used to be quarters on the tables back as early as 1995. And the dealers would suffer through getting .25 cents per hand. Then quarters were pulled from the tables and the average to went up to a $1. But now a dollar seems like and insult. The cost of everything has up, but dealers seem to get the raw end of that. If the dealers are getting a wage of $18 or $ 20 plus tips they are not the norm and they are doing great... But I don't think that is the standard. If every player tipped $1 on every hand and the dealer was skilled enough to get out 15 to 20 hands per table they dealt.. Which I believe is 30 minutes per table they make up to $20 every 30 minutes and they can get in 12 tables in an 8 hour shift. Assuming they get an everest of 2 breaks and the room is always busy. An average dealer dealing "classic poker" would make $200 in tips plus the states minimum servers wage, of say $8.89 X 8 = $72. So that's $272. / 8 = $34. An hour. But only if every player tipped $1 per hand... I think it's worth tipping all dealers every hand that goes to the flop. And the pot is $10 or more. I guess my long winded point is that I do not understand why players don't tip... New player I understand... All others I do not comprehend why....
