Eventually I need to level my sea cans as well. But being on a hill the front will be probably 4+ feet in the air lol. I love your idea but curious if using 4" thick blocks is it tough to be accurate when leveling out the container?
I would be sure to make all the footer blocks level in elevation as the others, or get them close enough to 4" intervals, keep in mind cap blocks are made less than 4" also to help leveling out, then you could use metal plates on top for fine tune leveling. Hope that helps.

These were from Lowes, you can source them from larger metal supply stores as well.
