Inception is my favourite Ateez song. I was on their concert in Brazil and unfortunatly they didnt play it, but if they did, I would probably never go to a concert again out of respect for the best concert of my life, lol.
Ateez do have many ballad songs. Some are Not too late, be with you. Some of my favorite songs from ateez are dazzling light, my way and twilight
Jongho's high note in Answer is amazing. Cyberpunk is .... no words.
The Ultimate guide to ATEEZ by All the Kennys is the absolute best guide.
For calmer & more ballad esque songs I definitely recommend Mist, Light, Be with you, Turbulence & Aurora.
And I also suggest Take me home, Desire, Utopia & Deja vu even though they aren't ballads exactly but they really show their versatility across genres.

Ateez and Halateez are the same people, not doppelgängers, that exist in two different points in time with Ateez living in the old world/the past/Universe A and Halateez living in the new world/the future/Universe Z. She states, “The reason why it looks like there are two Ateezes is that when they travel through time they see themselves [at the horizon], but just a version of themselves that exists in either the past or the future.”

While I'm not going to say you are definitely wrong, I think you are confusing theory for canon fact. Ateez has never come out and said that Strictland and universe Z are the future or that Ateez and Halateez are the same people from different times. I have read all the diaries, and that is definitely not something that has ever been said. It also just doesn't seem plausible to me either. Because Ateez and Halateez are not the only characters within the storyline that appear in both worlds. Seonghwa's "Be Free" girl appears in both worlds, and she definitely hasn't been a part of their time traveling.

@fatma02_ Oh, I'm sorry you found misleading information then. What I would really recommend you do is see if you can find translated versions of the diary entries from the 4 Zero Fever albums and the 2 The World albums in order. The diaries are really essential in understanding the storyline. I would recommend videos by an atiny named Eterniteez who created videos reading out the diaries in English on here, but if English is not your first language, that may be a little difficult for you.

Ateez early album, even in the fever album era...their most of the songs r in the softer side. People really dont know about them because ateez title track and the bside they perform on a comeback are all hyoe song, so people think that they only have hyoe song. But if u get into Ateez album, their most of the songs are in the softer side. You will be surprised how many soft songs ateez have...

The ateez with hats are called Halateez, n they r not bad. In the lore they like asking for help from real ateez or smth. The lore is really complicated tho.. Wonderland n say my name came before answer. Halazia is like their 2022 release

Answer is my first Ateez song along with Wonderland. Inception is my first comeback with them but I think at that time I just wasn't in the mindset to stan a new group but I've been a consistent Ateez enjoyer since then 😂

I think you would really enjoy Turbulence (has an mv), and star 1117 (one of their most important tracks and means alot to both Atinys and ateez themselves) they are more vocal based and softer ballad type, the emotion u can feel in those songs r insane esp the lyrics. for turbulence the mv is great nd u get an understanding of what theyre feeling (sans acting was chefs kiss) and star 1117 i would recommend both the color coded lyric video and a performance to really feel how much it means to us (warning: sobbing) love your reactions and im so excited for an ateez guide reaction (the long 2023 guide is obviously the best but it is quite long so u would have to find time in ur schedule if u really don't have anyyy time for weeks there are other smaller 2023 guides but be sure the one you pick is good, ask atinys they will help you for sure) 💕💕

I've been their fan since their debut and I can recommend you some really good soft or hype songs: star 1117, dazzling light, mist, thank u, take me home (in love with this one ), turbulence, aurora, promise ,fever, still here, dejavu, thanxx, win(super hype), horizon (amazing beat), wake up (amazing beat as well). I also think you should check out their debut songs pirate king and treasure (I was in love with this one when it came out)

Inception was the first ateez mv I clicked since my atiny friends challenge me to watch them for I was a fanatic army at the time😂 Ateez is really dangerous because they has so unique concept with extraordinary stage performance. I feel so lucky to find this super group has been cheering my days🎉
