The adult beetle is a Histeridae and another family. Larvae is Rhynchophorus palmarum, Curculionidae and you can find them in Palm trees! Ham Sarnami Hu.
First they have to fix the corrupt government of Guyana. You can't have a corrupt government and enforce laws. Living off of the land is essential for the people of Guyana to survive.

Need stronger laws to protect the animals, more so they are eating out the good ones eg, Laba, Iguanas wild pigs , Manatee , Alligator Tails , etc.
