No not necessarily true, since there are countless English medium schools in Pakistan where kids are pretty fluent in spoken everyday English.
Plus due to some odd reason young Pakistanis are pretty good at changing accents. Few here might have been abroad but that’s a small minority
No, because they speak English. Does not mean they have lived abroad. Most countries now teach their younger generation English.

I live and Pakistan and I’m really happy to see that Pakistan is getting more and more popular yes this is not the only school which is really good and really nice the school I’m going is very good I think you should see how it is in roots milliunm or roots international cause they are really good schools and I’ve never been more proud to be a Pakistani I love my life here and before I lived in Dubai both the contries I’m in and I’ve lived in are really good I recommend you see roots millinum is that it’s a really good school people from UK America china go there and more contries if you don’t know Urdu and are from a different contry then roots millinum is the place for you(sorry for the spelling mistakes)
