So I learned to cornrow on myself idk why I can’t transfer that thought process to another head but here I was thinking locs would make the process easier 🥲 not only do I struggle SO hard to cornrow them but I can’t figure out how to do it without too much tension Just some regular plaits though?! My go to. I’m on vacation and it’s humid and raining almost daily so my roots who have gone 3 months without a retwist so far were acting up. My immediate thought was bun but it was just too thick so I braided just my roots down and put it all in a bun 🥰 Also I noticed rubber banding my ends to hold the braids in place was thinning my ends out so I switched to tiny clips and issue solved so far!
@@minihooper2Little black plastic clips that you can find in the hair accessories sections. They’re super tiny but just big enough to hold the ends of 3 of my locks with no tension.

I just got two strand twist for the first time just so my locs can be curly I look ridiculous in it but it'll all be worth it
