because many pakistani live in england
No need to get stressed about speaking English just say " tourist"
He is basically saying that you dont need to talk like english citizen or talk perfect english and his saying that actually who asking that question was a pakistani dude that never talks like proper english.

He is a highly educated man and he probably speaks many languages along acting as well. He is explaining the fact that we, Turkish people are a little bit of shy/scared to speak when it comes to foreign language because we think we will make mistakes. He is saying be cool, be tourist. He also says when a foreigner visits Turkey and says a couple of words we're happy to hear and say that this person really "speaks Turkish" when in fact he is just saying a couple words with wrong accent. Also, some people who taken English grammer courses, toelf etc., for no reason he is trying to speak perfectly so he thinks that he wouldn't be ashamed making mistakes. He describes this "sickness of not talking unless you talk perfectly that language". :)

Ohh man, as a fan of Cem Yılmaz, I have been trying so hard to translate some of his jokes to my wife, which is Georgian. I sometimes can, sometimes fail. But seeing you here getting a piece of it and laugh at it, I am really happy!

bu arkadaşın birçok videosunu izledim. Nabza göre şerbet veriyor. Samimi olduğu videolar da var. Ama bazılarında bu şekilde anlamasa da gülüyor falan. İngilizce alt yazılar çok kötü. Zaten Türkçe'de olup İngilizce'ye çevrilemeyecek birçok cümlesi var. Bu altyazılara gülmek kesinlikle mümkün değil.

It's very known, in England most of the people working in the airports are asian(Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi), that's passport control, cleaners, sales assistant etc

Jokes tell that Turks have extreme self-confidence in the country.We Turks don't say we don't know easily.
English is one of them.But if we are outside the country, we will have a lack of self-confidence.They are not very generous especially for Turkish citizens of the European Union in terms of visas.and it is not common for Turks to travel abroad.criticizes those who lived their first experience with a little joke. In Turkey we are spending at least 15 years of our lives in the school and 10-12 years including "English Lessons" which is starting from the beginning every single year. That's the main reason that we can not admit we do not speak English. How come a person can not learn a language by spending 12 years on it? But i can say a true fact that the most of the young population can use "T"English.

Dude he was telling in the final part , that " what's your purpose of visit ? " part , "don't crush yourself , the guy whos asking the question is a pakistan citizen". not in a racist way , because of the accent. You know our language is way diffrent from any europe language and more complicated , the way of reading and writing part to be precise actually , that's why we can't talk english or french or italian fluently. The turkish we use in turkey is effected at the range of %65~%70 from arabian or iranian.
We feel nervous about passport control in European countries. like a criminal. But when we come to our country on the way back, we pass the passport control 😂 ohhh and finally we say my country is my own police
