A problem I think they have for rp jobs inside the game is that they need to force players to use them. Here are some examples: Three guys. No one goes to it because there is no need to go. If they added a simple food/water bar to the game, that would then force people to go there to refill it etc. Which will then lead to more people wanting to rp there. The farmer: could use tools to get wheat and deliver it to three guys so they can make bread and continue serving food. Mail delivery, if you could write to people and send it to letterboxes more people would use it/ pick up wheat from the farm and deliver it to three guys/deliver food items to gas stores. Doctors: They need to force you to use the hospital, to do that make people who are heald by ems 30% slower. The only way to get it back to normal is going to the hospital and seeing a doctor. Gas stores: Allow people to buy food there, that will give them like a temporarily speed bost for 30 sec, to help run from police.
Gonna say it blandly, idea sucks. Food bar would suck the most. It would be annoying as hell to have to refill a hunger bar every 10 minutes while trying to play as LEO. This is a first responder game, not Brookhaven.
i do really hope ER:LC adds more roleplay opportunities to buildings and houses, as well as make them more pleasing to roleplay in (currently many of them are quite bland). since citizen is intended to be the role with the largest amount of people, aside from a few roleplay jobs that can be done with very little tools (such as the news for example), citizens are left with basically nothing to do, which makes the role itself quite boring. this leads to a lot of citizens committing crimes, just to have an interactive experience. because aside from driving around, there is not much else do actually do. typically a full town has people everywhere, doing many different things. from driving the streets, to going into buildings where other people work, and being at home. (lots of roleplay games on roblox have a large community of players that do family roleplays, and roleplays involving houses in general. ER:LC has plenty of houses, and yet noone using them. and the issue with a lot of those family roleplay type games lack what ER:LC has, which is the chance to have a roleplay outside of the house, and in a commercial building, including just driving around a street. for once i would love to be a cop, and enter a situation such as a welfare check on a resident, or even something as simple as settling a dispute between two citizens, instead of chasing down endless cars and having a shoot out with criminals.
drone is good when you are doing shopping outlet with a person that has a drone. to do it the guy with a drone should get the drone up (he has to see front and back entrance) and when the police are coming the guy with a drone tells the guy that are robbing and they are escaping the entrance that is police-free (they have to be in a mafia and they need to talk on discord or something else)
i was a doctor one two times one time i was in a private server and was civilian so i rushed to hospital to get the job and make the roleplay longer and i treated three patients that time it was fun the second time the server said that the president was going to hospital sp i went to the hospital and did nothing he didn't even need help
I think my biggest issue playing in Private Servers is Bad Mods. I cant tell you how many times Ive been kicked for trying to incite cool roleplay events like takeovers, or riots. Just to spice up gameplay. Admins will be cops and get all pissy if you kill them. Then in return, I get kicked.
I cant agree more, the other day i was banned by a mod that was off duty and got made at me for taking someone in my ambulance, when my friend tried to go in and unbann me we learned it was the owner so never play Massachusetts state role play
I joined a USA vs RUSSIA private server, and the russians are police and americans are sheriff. I joined USA ofc and the mods were on the police team (rdm was allowed) So i barge in the tool store and shoot the enemy and one of them was a mod, then i got kicked for 'intentional mod killing'. And note to self, the server was so poorly funded that the mods didnt have uniforms for identification.
Picking the right role players isn’t really a problem. Just tell them what to do. Although if possible, VC increases the RP and video quality by a mile.
Your advices are great but the horrible fact in public servers that no one really do any roleplays anymore or maybe just a really bad roleplay event in a public server. Afterall, your advices are great for private servers!

It is. Private servers VS Public servers are like a different game. Private servers have liveries and is actually Roleplay. Public servers is a PVP game. No offense, but if your trying to Roleplay in a public server, your pretty stupid.
