I'm i the only one where tactics is not saved after restarting the games?
I'm absolutely loving the new tactics + roles system. I'm using LB and RB to trigger runs / come close a little less because the players by default are just so much better with their positioning and finding space in attack. Roles really is a game-changer this year.
If you like 433 , it could take a while to get used to . Wingers are very slow to come back .
It is easy, 451 default and in attack 433

Ea just decided to fick up all d pad tactics like wtf ,now have to press d pad up up to do a offside trap which was completely opposite in all fifas and so many other changes , making muscle memory fkd up 😂😅

Why won’t my tactics save in Seasons?
I move to a back 3 and when I select - it shows the base formation of 4-2-3-1 - even though I changed it and saved it.

You press down arrow on dpad and select left or right. So lie he said, whatever you’ve named the tactic, then in game after pressing the dpad, your tactics will show

Deep-lying playmaker Roaming is the most offensive setting for CDM. By green color on tactics It cover most RCM/CM/LCM then CDM and then less RDM/LDM/RAM/CAM/LAM.

This is the worst thing EA have ever introduced. Players act brain dead and the AI seems to be way worse than ever before. The older system was a lot better and i found it actually offered a lot more freedom. This has ruined the game for me

You can do whatever you want in custom you can set your own parameters, those defaults are just "suggestions"

I have an issue maybe someone can help me. So in fc 24 I used the 3 4 2 1 formation. I tried using it here and it all goes well. The issue is that in fc 24 my lm and rm actually came back on defense as I put it as an instruction. But I tried putting the instruction here to come back on defense which they do, but when I attack they stay back instead of moving up. For defense on fc 25 I put the player role of wide man. In fc 24 as I attacked, they moved up by themselves
Also, I used direct passing in fc24. What's direct passing here?
In 3421 just put RM and LM as Wide Midfielder -> balance. It will go down and up.
@michalerben2238 yeah that's what I did but for some reason the defense is so wide man. Super wide. I saw someone comment that wingers here are slower than usual to track back

You have to go to storage on you're ps and then click on ea fc 25 and press delete

The lack of defensive and attacking width tactics could genuinely destroy the game. It impacts your attacking style and the fluidity of the game to such a great degree. Likewise, removing advanced passing tactics is totally moronic. Initially, in regards to tactics, EA seem to me to have scored a massive own goal.

@@olivercader1411I been playing it for a few hours and I can say it’s okay, but then again it’s just the beginning of the game, later people will get all sweaty with broken meta tactics and players. I mostly just bought it for rush because that game mode is pretty good, considering how much I’ve been mad at EA, I can’t be mad playing rush even though teammates can be so bad but it’s still kinda fun. Sometimes players make better runs than FC24 which I was impressed with but auto blocks and OP goalkeepers are still a thing, players receive the ball quicker but then they move slower which literally makes no sense. The games still need tho so we just gonna have to wait and see how things turn out later.😊

So basically you can’t swap player positions in game now. So I can’t play a winger at striker anymore in game without it causing problems.

@@osoclever5765 game has enough issues. Playing a winger at striker wasn’t one of them in my opinion. It was kind of the only redeeming quality of the game.
@MaxMiller614 you still can they just may not have the positioning. Which would make sense that's how a lot of less athletic players bridge the gap

Thanks for the replies. I did press x on the save and also created a new custom tactic away from the default option. It just disappears after I exit. Think it's a glitch

Game is shit 24 has way better gameplay minus the spamming and rebounding which still happens in 25 24 is way better f*** this game
24 was bad 25 is worse , FIFA 23 was the last good game in the franchise
