I like the expansion with Tyber Zann's faction, that guy is actually one of the unique-non movie characters I really like in SW, despite only appearing in this one game.
He was a bit of a Mary Sue though.
@@poley23 They can fix that by adding character flaws related to him being a criminal mastermind. They could make him arrogant so he falls for provocations and stuff like that to make him a better character.

I know I'm 5 years too late but you could have used Boba Fett to build a Bacta Tank and healed to then return and kill Braun's rebels. Braun's rebels could have also healed but not replenish the soldiers that were already dead.

Attack and Retreats were common recon strategies with the game. How else were you going to keep tabs on the other players.
There is no way for Rebels to beat Tech level 5 Empire in Multiplayer.

nah the empire needs the death stars to help counter mon cal spam. The rebellion wins early-mid. you dont let the empire tech up.
Death star/ Executor combo is the best.
What is the best strategy if you play the rebels? Is it bomber and fighter spam and later Mon Cal Cruiser spam?
I don't really play rebels, but I can tell you what annoys me the most as empire.
1: Don't focus on corvettes as much as in vanilla. Focus more on x-wings I would say as they gained proton torpedoes so they can fill a good middling fighter/bomber roll. Also make certain you have some interceptors, such as A-wings as the Empires fighter can (and will) overrun you if you don't prioritize them. I cannot tell you how many multiplayer games I have won just by using Empire fighters.
2: Carriers. Since the Rebels gained hangars on many of their ships using dedicated carriers or capital ship spam in now viable. Focus on getting small cheap carriers to start with, don't bother buying individual fighters.
3: Personally, I would suggest against mon cal spam, as it usually just loses. Instead get a few of those mon cal variants with the best shields or some Bulwarks and use them to tank for smaller ships such as Bothan cruisers. Also, I would recommend keeping a few Medium/Small Capital ships (such as Bothan cruisers or even Assualt frigates) in reserve and jumping them in behind the main ISD line.
4: Perhaps most importantly scout the enemy planets. If they have a hyper-velocity gun then you should definetly send a ground team in Rogue one style and suicide charge it. I love hyper-velocity guns since they can basically one hit anything smaller than a mon cal and that is BAD for you.
