I work on Valtra n101, its owner's manual states that chains may be fitted only for front axle. Dunno why exactly. They probably wouldn't fit anyways, as our tractor has only couple centimeters between cabin and tire. And when it's swamp, chains only dig deeper and drown faster :D
JariVu weight distribution. thinner tires will cut through soil more easily while wider ones do carry tractor's weight a little better on soft terrain.
Would a tractor with steel tracks be more usefull in these wet conditions? Or would that bog in the mud just as quick ?
why dont you have Valmet 05-series tractors (505,605,705,805,905) or 03-series (703,803,903). we have a Valmet 605 with crane
