IF, the minister approved this video without noticing the issue. His fault for being not sensitive enough to know he will be targeted by some community that won't be happy about it. Or simply not competent enough to know that his underlings made a mistake.
IF, he intentionally ordered his underlings to make it this way, and ya maybe he is as guilty as people say he is.
IF, he haven't even seen this version of video before it goes public, and this version of video is publicized without his permission/approval, means it's hardly his fault.
But, until we have a clear proof of which of these "IF"s is actually what happened, he should have the benefit of a doubt.
