This is very beneficial to me. Will definitely be practicing this. I have gotten so much better with poi by following your channel and taking your poi classes
Enjoying these "informal" lessons, maybe because I like formats like podcasts and livestreams where it is more stream of conscious output. Also, the alternating up and down stalls look sooo good! Almost appears to be fake... it took my eyes and brain some time to believe it!
Drex my girlfriend has Poi Pod’s with handles. She is having a difficult time keeping the lengths of both poi at the same even length. Do you have any suggestions on what type of knot or hitch to use?
Huzzah! This might be more on the brain side than the body, but maybe it fits in with the focus on dance and space use; would you do a near and far super Grover tribute of sorts? Contrasting near or close in poi versus far or max space use poi. It seems like a good topic for the informal living room setting. Although it could just be my current bias since I've been drilling a lot of close work patterns lately with the get small get big transitions. :)
Thanks Drex! Just what I needed. 🖖
May I ask where you got your Poi socks from? I really like them.

Using tails and led balls this doesn't work. Do I need socks?!
