Looks in great condition. I'm jealous as my 1991 Talbot Express had been neglected by previous owners. Thanks for the informational video!

My uncle has one of these.
He hit a deer or something with his and smashed alot of the rtong end on his.
But I think he's fixed it all up now that was a few years ago.
Great campers, very space efficient design, I personally prefer the American RV's myself but these are just different class build quality wise.

What happened to this camper? I see that the Most ran out in 2015. Sad as it looks in great condition.

Thanks for the tour! Very helpful. Just got a 1985 C Reg. It's VERY similar. Do u know differnce between a Talisman and Express? I have a hook-up zig so not sure how I switch over to 12V. What's the bar on outside of wardrobe? - is it to do with heating sensor?I think u said renew engine mount rubbers and also bushes all over? Do u have a manual by any chance? Ta

Hello! Great video, very informative. I'm looking to get an '89 Talisman Talbot Autosleeper near identical to yours, 2ltr petrol with LPG conversion. Trouble is, I'm very apprehensive that a 2ltr engine is up to the task of pulling such a vehicle up hills and on long drives up to Scotland and possibly around the continent. Does it do the job? Will it get stuck on a hill or in a bit of mud? I've always had diesels, problem is I'm in London and the powers that be are becoming very hostile towards diesels hence the change. Thanks in advance.

Power I've never had a problem with even if it has a first gear hill mine drove up Sutton bank yorkshire . But I would put and extra fane on the radiator then you can put one early and keep the temp down , mine would have got 2 thirds across the temp gauge but I can control it with the extra fane now

I have a Talbot 2.0 petrol from 87, I went to Norway with it last year and it was not a problem! Sure, many hills vere taken in 3rd gear but I don't think I ever had to downshift to second as long as I didn't slow down. I was actually surprised how drama free the trip was considering we were gaining almost a mile in altitude in some places. Happy travels!

a paint cutting compound works well on fiberglass i know it sounds odd but brasso works well try a small piece first about a foot square , one cloth to put it on two to take it of .one of the two to take residue of the other to polish . plenty of elbow grease but it will come back as new bud . finish with good car polish
