I had my wisdom teeth removed on February 25th this year. I was also a tad nervous as well because it was my first surgery since the day I had to get a cyst removed from my nose when I was little. But at the same time I was also excited because one of my wisdom teeth was bothering me since late August and I couldn’t wait to get them out. One side of my face was swollen for almost a whole week from then because I guess the bone inside my skull is pretty strong and the surgeons had to cut extra hard into the bone to get the tooth out but other than that, my wisdom teeth surgery was successful. I only ate cold foods like ice cream and yogurt for a few days. And then I was able to go back to eating macaroni and cheese. Whenever I laid down on my bed. I put an ice pack on the swollen side.

I remember having to get my wisdom teeth removed back in August. This was not A cavity, mine were still underneath the gums and impacted, thankfully, I was asleep the whole time, and the person who removed mine was an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. No pain when I woke up, completely numb in the mouth, yes, I had all four removed. I’m glad those wisdom teeth are gone. They gave me headaches before the removal.
Its good that Mia got her wisdom teeth out the younger she is the better if she waited until she was older she would have an increased risk of a lot of complications.
I had three of my wisdom teeth out in August 2020, after the surgery the nurse wheel-chaired me to my mom’s car, I was still asleep from the anesthesia and I was falling asleep on the drive home
