If on 20th sept the rate fall more than contracted rate Then it result into gain. But the bank has make oulay of fund spot on 10th sept. Then how to solve ?
Hi Romil, Actually $200000 should be multiplied by Rs. 63.6175 But in ICAI Suggested answers, they didn't apply this. Just to maintain parity with ICAI, we have done the same.
@@nitinsatra559 when it is bid rate, bank will buy FC, it will pay & margin is always collected by bank hence substract from interbank bid rate & for sale of foreign currency (ask rate) the bank will collect money & margin also is collected hence add both

cancellation rate rounded off as 63.6175 but when you calculate cancellation charge u take 63.6163 on 19.00

I think you have not observed the calculations properly. Cancellation charges are Rs. 1,56,740 and not 30,000.
