Sometimes I wish Ox Tail would have remained in the peasant food category cause then I could buy more, as a child we ate Ox Tail like 3 times a week .....
Ox tail is really tasty , have not had it in many months , it's pretty expensive here in NC like 20 bucks for 8 bones =[ , awesome ASMR Tingles and nostalgia , you're the best =] .
I really enjoyed watching this while I gobbled my stewed oxtail with rice and peas, butter beans, side of lettuce and tomatoes :). I've never heard of pairing oxtail with pasta- sounds genius! Ahhh, don't you just love food?! My belly is so full....

Thanksss !!! ♡o｡.(✿ฺ｡ ✿ฺ) I think most of the ASMR youtubers do a lot of whispering in their vids is becos they're afraid that their video might be too boring if it only consists of 'eating' sounds.... so they tell stories & talk about the food they're eating to make their vids more interesting ^^ Me, I'm a really quiet person to begin with... so I dun like to talk much anyways. I sometimes will talk about the food I'm eating tho... cos some ppl really wanna know what is it that I'm eating XD
Thanks Georgie =) Yes.. ox tail is definitely NOT cheap. I think I paid around 17 CAD for a tail this time :\ Because they are not cheap , it was only the 2nd time in my entire life making ox tail ~o~;
