Rick Sanchez fights Thanos the mad titan, in a Rick and Morty Avengers Parody animation. Rick sanchez wants the infinity stones that are currently in the possession of Thanos. This is a timeline where Doctor Strange is the only surviving avenger and still has the time stone. Thor, Ironman, Captain america and the rest of the avengers have all be wasted by Thanos. They lost during infinity war. Thanos needs it to compete his infinity gauntlet. Rick Sanchez has upgraded Tony Stark's nano tech suit and incorporated Ninjutsu and has acquired various sharingan. This fight between Rick and Thanos is set after Rick's duel with the Pharaoh. In this fight we see Thanos use the reality stone, space stone, power stone, mind stone and soul stone against Rick.
Rick is aware the the infinity stones do not work outside of their original universe and he has a plan for the stones.
Rick Sanchez is needs the infinity stones as well as the millennium puzzle and dragon balls on his quest to find and defeat his nemesis, Rick Prime.
The timeline in the yugioh universe is set during battle city. Rick has already defeated yami marik and claimed the egyptian god card (the winged dragon of ra) and the millennium rod. Kaiba holds obelisk and yugi holds slifer.
Before coming into the yugioh universe, rick had also acquired various sharingan from the naruto universe of his previous ventures. As well as the millennium puzzle, he also seeks the infinity stones and the dragon balls.
With the dragon balls, rick sanchez hopes to use a wish that they grant, in order to revive his wife and daughter. But in order to acquire them, he must get through the saiyans, goku and vegeta.

I like that Rick plays by each universe rules. He duels Yami and fights Thanos dressed as an avenger. I'm sure he could have easily just killed the pharao, but that wouldn't be fun.
The Puzzle would probably protect the Pharaoh from any unfair attacks and more likely end up with Rick being Mind Crushed.

He can't kill the pharaoh in order to get the pharaohs power he has to beat him in a duel. Killing him would not get him the puzzle.

Rick would probably tell Thanos he's just another punk and send him to some alternate reality where there are creatures that feed on energy like his gauntlet and stones.
it's amazing that while yes the infinity gauntlet would naturally be a nightmare to steal, it's actually more challenging to get an egyptian god card.

The Mangekyou Sharingan was not supposed to cause Genjutsu on characters outside of the Naruto universe. Because it is necessary for the target to have Chackra circulation for Genjutso to work.
