You’ve mentioned in the past that your house has had water damage. Have you ever had it checked for mold? Mold can cause congestion and nasal issues. Just a suggestion in case it’s not something structural (like a deviated septum etc)

I really think cycle syncing makes you very fertile. Just something to think about going through your journey with the transfer coming up. Also, you are goals for staying so consistent with your work outs ❤ I've never been in a phase of life where I was as consistent as you and I really do look up to you for that even though you're like 8-10 years younger than me 😅
My husband and I are also walking through infertility and I have found a lot of comfort in your videos. We’re at the early stages of investing as severe MFI diagnosis. Even when you don’t talk about infertility I love following your life knowing that despite this really awful thing, you are able to keep positive. Thanks!

You could try a saline nose spray....i use it daily after my shower when things are loosened 😂 its cleared my sinuses. Might help with the blocked nose feeling. Do you feel more blocked up after eating dairy? That affects mucus...just a couple of ideas. Be wary of the nose operation that ent suggests...apparently its really awful and doesnt make much of a difference a lot of the time.

When I was young and not so smart, I was dating someone who didn’t align with any of that at all. The relationship lasted two years and I learned a lot from it but it was toxic. Now I have a husband who inspires me to be better and I believe that I have done the same for him. He doesn’t like to eat vegetables though so thanks for the tip!! I vote for a wife talk.
i think the most effective/cheapest option would be a prescription tretinoin! But you'd need to get that prescribed by a primary physician or derm. Over the counters like cerave can work too in the mean time but they wont be as effective as an Rx (long term) :)
I have been using ROC retinol since my very early 20's. I'm in my 40's, no lines or wrinkles. I don't do injections or fillers. I love this brand, it works! I also use the eye cream. I have very oily skin and retinol has never caused irritation or breakouts. Good luck!
Seeing an ENT is so beneficial. Definitely sounds like a deviated septum which is an easy fix fr. But seeing them can be so beneficial and can also alot of respiratory problems based on face and throat structure. Found out my inability to stay asleep was due to enlarged tonsils and a deviated septum on top of my lovely horrible allergies. You'll learn so much if u go. It's worth it.
