How to get the Cozy Sleeping Bag! Wow Season of Discovery Wow SOD

Process to obtain (this is for Horde, so if you are Alliance, swap steps 1 and 2); I tried to offer some more details for those without coordinate addons:
1. [Barrens] (46, 74) - Find the charred body at the burning tower at the fork in the road in south barrens which leads to Dustwallow Marsh
2. [Westfall] (37, 50) - Another charred body in some exploded wood on the croplands at the Alexston Farmstead (Northwest of Deadmines if you follow the road)
3. [Stonetalon Mountains] (50,50) - Head out of Sun Rock Retreat via the east exit and run up the road north a little bit to find a path; on the map, it's to the right of the "ROCK" lettering (Alliance, just run to this spot from however you get to Stonetalon, since you can't go into Sun Rock Retreat very peacefully). Follow this path for some time - you will know you're going the right way if you are walking across the word "ROCK" on the map. There is a camp eventually in a patch of green amongst the mountains.
4. Continuing into the camp, look for the box next to the tent with a red cross on it. Click the "Pocket Litter" item to turn in the quest and receive the next one.
5. Turn directly north and walk up the little mountain crevice to find a bunch of hills. You do not have to make the jump onto the first hill, there is a path that you can follow up to the mound of dirt if you miss (but don't fall all the way down!). Click the mound of dirt on the hill overlooking the ravine.
6. [Loch Modan] (49, 12) - I hope you're not tired of running through the Wetlands yet because here we are once more. Walk through a bunch of level 30 pvp guards to reach Loch Modan (via Dun Algaz) or north through a bunch of death from Kargath, then get ready to do it again in the next step after walking to the dam (which is in the center-north part of the Loch Modan map). Spend a moment remembering that Blizzard said they were going to stop making SoD miserable to get stuff as a Horde player.
7. You have to get up on the dam (if you don't mind doing a little swimming, I found the right-hand side of the dam had fewer guards to dodge) and walk along until you see a white outcropping of rocks off its north face. The outcropping has a bunch of stuff on it, can't miss it. One of the clickable items is an eagle statue. Click it and continue.
7(a). If you're going to jump off the dam to try and exit, make sure you will clear the bottom of it, because it's definitely possible not to. Ask me how I know!
8. [Hillsbrad Foothills] (87, 49) - Walk to the Thoradin Wall (border to Arathi), but then once you reach it walk along it northward instead of crossing into the zone. You will see a busted cart. Parkour up the cart (the right-hand side worked best for my clumsy hooves) and then again up the wall. Head into the broken section of the wall to the... homeless encampment? inside.
9. Exit through to the other side and look at the doorway you just walked out of. There is a big 'ol note and a messenger bag here. Click the bag, then the note beneath it. Get your sleeping bag. Note: it's a 3 hour cooldown, so get your buff stacked all the way before you scoot!

you can sleep in it for 3 minutes to stack 3 percent for 1 hour or whatever
maybe say that the mount of dirt is an actual part of this quest and not just a nice thing to do

OMG, nobody shows how to do the last waterfall from loch modan without dying
if you're hunter or rogue its stupid easy. Unless you are level 30+. I did on my level 19 took 3 hours of nonstop dying.
so you can only use the sleeping bag 3 times or it can only stack up to 3 times meaning if other people have it as well u can stack the XP boost?
never knew any of this existed, i play free servers so none of it was needed anyway. or is this whole thing exclusive to this version?

This is only in season of discovery as far as i know, a server released for classic wow like their hardcore server.
There are no free servers.
pretty sure they were talking about some of the private servers out there, there's quite a bit

If you are Horde you have to go first to the Barrens, then to Westfall, then to Stonetalon. If you are ally you have to go to first to Westfall, then to the Barrens, then to Stonetalon
