I wondered how virtual teaching for elementary school works in practice. I had to pull my kids out of school in 2020 -2021 because virtual was impossible with my family size. instead I crash coursed Montessori methods and made a school/garden shed for 10 kids grades k through 10 during the pandemic.
Montessori methods are great!

Hi! I use to teach 3 years ago and stopped to stay home with my kids. I feel like this can be a flexible way for me to work from home. Can you do more videos about virtual teaching and how it works or how to get started. I would love to have this as an option for me and my family.

What is an "IEP"?
Individualized education plan. Basically a formal document outline the students disability, goals, and services

Not sure! My kids know I live and travel in a bus but I do not advertise my social media with work
