🤘Just hoping we can bring some of those far out remote lesser seen areas and routes taken for others to check out.

The dude in the orange jacket knows the way!

He definitely did and he showed up out of nowhere, making no noise at all which blew my mind, and at a time when we were wondering which way to go. We followed him across the rocks and then the route became clear after that. At the time, I honestly wondered if it was a real person or a figment of my imagination. We were so far out and didn't see a soul until then. Him and the goat at the top, the only two beings we saw up there all day.

Nice job on getting the summit! That looked tough! Slow moving for sure from Emmaline. I thought you were gonna take it up the side. I didnt know there was a way up the middle.

It definitely was a tough one mainly due to the slow terrain from the lake to the summit and back. All we did was try to follow the route on the map in Lisa Foster's book the best we could. We tried our best to follow that water drainage up, keeping it to our left, crossed the giant boulders at some point, then you had a small grassy ridge to work your way up, and split off from the water, heading to our right a little bit. Then we just eyeballed it up to the top of the ridge, and still had a little ways to go at the end, but the ridge walk was super easy and enjoyable.

If you go on to Fall Mtn, it makes a nice loop and the terrain is better over there, though it adds maybe 1.5 miles

I did see that route option back down in Lisa Foster's book, and I did consider it. However, the spirit was willing, but the flesh was tired.
