I´m a practicing Buddhist from Sweden. Outside my window, the snow is falling in droves. The snow lights up the darkness. Everything looks like a fairy tale. Going out to my park bench next to an old medieval church for an hour of deep meditation. I love Buddha's teachings
The great palm trees in Thailand, the beautifully forests in Germany, a great deserts in Egypt or the ultimate snow in Scandinavia - all of them are great ways to enlightenment 🙏🏻
Congratulations for finding The Three Jewels :) I wish you go far on your way of practice and touch deeply the true peace and happiness in every moment of our life. Your mindful looking reminds me of the teachings of my Buddhist Zen master - Thich Nhat Hanh.
I am a therawada buddhist in sri lanka and things I have learnt and realized are endless. I am a biology student and lot of the time religious concepts doesn't add up with the science I learn. But buddhism was different. Things I learnt from buddhism, things that are in my limits meaning things I am able to experience from senses I have as a human always add up. I encourage anyone who wants to learn it. Meditation is not the only thing that helps. teachings go way deeper in to your mind and is truly amazing. Brings so much peace.
I have been to some of the villages in Bihar where the Buddha taught the four noble truths. One of them is Bhatgawan mispronounounced as Bandagawan in the Mahaparinirvana story. Very educative. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.
This video is educative. About the eight fold path, I know where the Buddha taught this. Many of the ancient sangarams are today villages. There is one unique village name which is NAWADA meaning eight promises. These villages are common in Bihar. Eight promises can be translated as the eight fold path. It seems these villages had the pleasure of the Buddha preaching to the distant ancesters of the present day villagers, ‘The eight fold path’. Infact Sariputra became an Arhat in a sangaram called NAWADA in Vaishali. Nawada means the eight promises.
I am born catholic and I practice my faith as much as I can but I am also intrigued with Buddhism and it's something so blissful and peaceful. There are lots of flaws with a lot of religions even with Christianity but I can't see anything flawed with Buddhism. I understand it is not really a religion but a way of life, a way to think and a way to act.
You were like all born human. No religion no wrong /right. Just a human being. Being is inclusive doing isn't as it's the first divide. That's ok . Life is hard we all are surviving. Thriving is the right of all it's just not reality. It should be
A religion is supposed to be a pathway to divinity. Some religions are based on BELIEF. They lead to darkness, ignorance and enslavement. Some religions are based on EXPERIENCE, SELF-REALISATION. They lead to ENLIGHTENMENT, KNOWLEDGE and NIRVANA. The former is enforced by the sword with the ulterior motive of world domination . The latter is mainly adopted. I too am born catholic. I was disillusioned. I was intrigued with Buddhism and sanatan dharma. Yes, it is blissful and peaceful. Now, I am able to appreciate the message of Jesus. But, the organization is responsible for the enslavement.
Spiritual texts are NOT literal in meaning. They are allegorical, esoteric, metaphorical, yatharth. They are NOT to be understood or interpreted by logic, rational thinking or scholarship. They have to be EXPERIENCED, SELF-REALISED. WISDOM is the prerequisite. Religious leaders either deliberately or out of ignorance MISINTERPRETED the scriptures.
@@rohlay00 The ultimate GOAL is selfrealization,no matter who you are. It’s just a matter of which path you want to choose. It’s like whether you want to cross the river by yourself or in a boat with your family members .
@@rohlay00 Hinayana means the short path as well. It's a personal choice of which path one likes. You may want a 'great' path but someone may like a 'lesser' path.

Theravada Buddhism specifically delves into such depths of the human psyche and realizes such unimaginable truths that I'm awestruck every single time I come across it. It is far more to-the-point than its more modern counterpart, Mahayana, which has taken upon itself the methodical and extensive usage of mythology and other magical concepts.

After many years of believing nothing, I found myself calling me a Buddhist, even though I'm still a beginner, I will strive toward Nirvana in this life and maybe in the next. No rush 😊
u will gain more and more trauma and "karma" throughout each lifetime. So how tf can u grow when every time u try to learn from ur problems and heal ur traumas, u get ur memory wiped so that u cant remember which will lead to repeating the same mistakes and gaining trauma and pain in the next life. WAKE UP. This world is a matrix. Buddha is a matrix, hinduism is a matrix, juadism, christianity, islam, catholic, ALL of it is a matrix. I dont know who or what created it, but something isnt right here. Ive BEEN knowing something isnt right here. How tf are we supposed to grow if our memory gets wiped? How are we supposed to heal if each life has trauma? Make it make sense!
I'm from SRI LANKA and there are almost 22 million population and more than 70% of the population around 15 million are theravada buddhists so Buddhism is definitely the PREDOMINANT religion in SRI LANKA. The speaker mentions that Buddhism isn't a predominant religion in the country at 06:55
even buddha said himself dont worship him ,the only way to respect him is following his teachings and be a good human to the world ,spread love and compassion, this is buddha s words not mine
I am a Muslim from Bangladesh and I want to convert to Buddhism. I am interested to follow the Mahayana approach. The teaching of Buddhism is very logical and correct, hence I am attracted to it. How can i convert to Buddhism from Bangladesh?
Converting is what religions do , but Buddhism is not a religion as preached by many , you don't need to become a Buddhist , u can just become aware and implement its teachings in your Life remember Buddha never wanted to make a religion, Leaders destroy the followers and followers destroy the leaders. You have to be your own teacher and your own disciple.
I think Bangladesh is not safe for Buddhist. I think you converted to Theravada Buddhism . Not Mahayana. All Bangladeshi Buddhists are Theravada Buddhists
@@ConformingToEmptiness nice jocker😂😂. Hinayana. Hinayana is most sciencetific than fake mahayana. Mahayana Buddhism destroy pure Buddha teachings and Theravada Buddhism. Worship idols , puja etc.
Having spent three months at a Vipassana Retreat back in 1986, I attribute my current life and relative inner peace despite a world in turmoil, I did find the teachings and practice very helpful and moved me away from a mood swing life.
I agree, being an ex Christian. I never had the luxury of attending retreats, but it all began with a book called Dhammapada. I am new to this, do not call myself a Buddhist, do not know which tradition I belong to, but I read textual translations of known traditions and they all bring *inner peace* to me which I was craving since a child. I developed more compassion than any other time in my life. Metta
@@timetoreason181 It's not that I 'believe' in Bhuddism . Belief itself is the curse of a closed mind. I am willing to think about something, but to believe is to stop thinking.
@@pprehn5268 Yes that is what I meant. Yes belief itself is the curse to open mind, I would say, as I closes your mind, shut your mind from reason. All belief systems do that, not only Christianity. As far as I know Buddha dhamma does not. But in some Buddhist cultures Dhamma has become a belief too. I do not call myself a Buddhist but reading and practicing the Dhamma (which is NOT promoting belief anywhere in any texts) find freedom and solace in Buddhism. I am new to Buddhism and do not have any fear of death or dying, or perhaps hells or heavens. cheers
This is a very nice video series and is informative on some of the Buddhist schools. It took me on a journey down memory lane as I studied and practiced the Dhamma venturing through the schools as I developed in practice and study and even pilgrimaged to Tibet. The experience was once in a lifetime and absolutely breathtaking. To give a true overview of the Buddha's teachings however, one MUST also include the Lotus school in this video series. The Lotus Sutra is the core principal of all the Dharma teachings. Although helpful, the teachings prior to the Lotus Sutra are elementary in the actual scope of Buddha Dharma and the Universal Law. NaMo Myo Ho RenGe Kyo, Namo Buddha.
Excellent and informative Vid!! just did my first 10 day Vipassana course at the beginning of this year and the only regret I have is not having done it before!!
As a Romanian Buddhist, I practise aspects from all the schools. Mindfulness and philosophy are very important, leading to enlightenment. Compassion and equality are also core values, but worshipping is not something for the Buddhists. Mantras and tantras are almost as powerful as meditation. I also practise Vedic Chanting, even though this one is a Hindu practice. I am also a Christian, I believe in the resurection of Jesus Christ, who was a pure manifestation of the Divine Potential on Earth, truely a conscious offspring of God. I basically have a new school of Buddhism and a new neo-protestant sect. More than that, I have a whole new religion just for myself, a cult of love, peace, mindfulness and divine compassion and faith.
I inherited with Christian Black grounds as I grew up I had a opportunity to explore the religion at the end I realised buddisam is the only religion which had doctrine help me to get rid of suffering of the life

Thank you for the amazing video! Some of my thoughts: The 1st noble truth can be described as “suffering exists” (rather than life is suffering and the way out is to get rid of life). The 2nd truth explains the arising of suffering. Through the six senses, different kinds of feelings, perceptions, and volition are born. When under ignorance, wrong views and grasping tangle us, bringing about sufferings. The forth truth shows us the way, usually summarised as the eightfold path. But we can also understand it this way: Following the precepts and living a righteous life, we can easily be mindful and aware in each moment. Meditation on the breathing, loving-kindness and impurity calm our body and mind, bringing ease, joy, happiness, for concentration to be possible. This in turn allows reality to reveal itself. Understanding and non-grasping then help liberate our afflictions or knots. The 3rd truth talks about uprooting ignorance, craving and hatred, that is the extinction and quenching of wrong views and dukkha’s chain, leaving us freedom, solidity, peace, freshness... This is my alternative way to clarify the teaching. Hope it is useful for our practices.
In Buddhism, there are 4 types of practical abilities: 1. Sotapanna, 2. Sakadagami, 3. Anagami, and 4. Arhat. ^^ The details must be studied thoroughly. Some people will say that there is no need to become a Buddhist. Or do not have to come to worship Buddhism This idea is only half right. because of the practice on the Dharma path or middle way It is very important to respect the Three Jewels, namely the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha. But when you attain the Dharma Your mind will know that You don't have to cling to everything in the life cycle, as if we were rowing a boat across another coast. When you reach the shore, you don't need to carry a boat with you.
Yea are right but you did not include about lineages which practice magic, I mean the esoteric side of Theravada Buddhism which I think is similar the tantra of Hindus and vajrayanist.
I'm glad you started this video with what is Siddhartha Gautama's most important teaching. A lot of people assume he's some kind of god or deity and we should just follow what he said without examining how to apply those teachings. I always use the example that being vegan isn't a requirement, but it's impossible to consume animal products without harming other living beings. But I wish all the best on their path to enlightenment.

The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In Pidhauli (Vaishali) the local deity is Bardiha Baba. Bardiha means the Baba who didn't allow us to stay where he was staying. It is a good thing if people know about "Abhidharma". Because it has explanation of consciousness and its functioning. And there is an analysis of how the physical world was created at the quantum level. So, If you can, post videos about Abhidharma in this channel. But it will not be possible to cover abhidharma completely in a single video and it will be necessary to do a deep study because most of these abhidharma books are in Pali or Sinhala language. If someone interested in Abhidharma, you can find some videos on youtube in english. Those videos will provide you kick start for Abhidharma. 👊✨️

The meditation that you referred to a "Vipassana meditation" is actually "Samatha meditation". It's often taught as if it is just the intro to Vipassana but it is actually a stand alone and foundational meditation that focuses the mind and detaches it from distraction and fear, putting the mind in the perfect state to then progress to other forms of meditation like Vipassana (insight)meditation, metta (loving kindness) meditation, etc.
The Vipassanā movement, also called (in the United States) the Insight Meditation Movement and American Vipassana movement, refers to a branch of modern Burmese Theravāda Buddhism that promotes "bare insight" (sukha-Vipassana) to attain stream entry and preserve the Buddhist teachings, which gained widespread popularity since the 1950s, and to its western derivatives which have been popularised since the 1970s, giving rise to the more dhyana-oriented mindfulness movement. The Burmese Vipassana movement has its roots in the 19th century, when Theravada Buddhism came to be influenced by western modernism, and some monks tried to restore the Buddhist practice of meditation. Based on the commentaries, Ledi Sayadaw popularized Vipassana meditation for lay people, teaching samatha and stressing the practice of satipatthana to acquire Vipassana (insight) into the three marks of existence as the main means to attain the beginning of awakening and become a stream-enterer.

It's interesting that the original Buddhism doesn't consider the buddha a deity but the later newer ones do. Its part of how religion evolves and it is always evolving. 🤠
Dear Orator, Vipassana is an ancient form of meditation which was present even in the time before Buddha in india in 5th century BCE. It’s not originated in 19th century in Burma. However in modern times it’s get popular under leadership of SN Goenka.
Vipassana meditation wasn’t present in the time before Buddha. Ancient form of meditation before Buddha was other kind of meditation like Samantha meditation .
@@eykhant8381 it was present. There are two school of thought first say it was present before buddha other says it was discovered by buddha. My reference is book “THE BUDDHA AND HIS DHAMMA” by Dr BR AMBEDKAR.
Oh! I realized now what you meant. Ok, that’s right. DHAMMA ( i.e. law of nature) has already presented and presents all the time. But no body know it until it was discovered by a person who known as “ Sambasambuddha”(Buddha). Right? But I meant that Vipassana hasn’t well known before Buddha taught to others. Is that right? Anyway thank you for sharing knowledge each other. You have a wonderful Mingala.
@@eykhant8381 I mean Vipassana was present in ancient India before the supreme Buddha … but it was lost and rediscovered by the revered one. And taught to masses by him. Thanks for the healthy discussion. Namoh Buddhaye 🙏🏻

Just keep providing all these life knowledge or divine knowledge to us because we are fully ignorant and we are on the stage of suffering level . Even the word suffering is originated from the word ignorance , it's our perception of seeing ignorance as suffering. We human beings created the word suffering ,which actually it's not suffering it's just ignorance . Let spread peace and happiness. Amen . 🕉️🙏❤️❤️.
The original Kalama Sutta (first quote of the video), we have (in Thanissaro’s translation): “Now, Kalamas, don’t go by reports, by legends, by traditions, by scripture, by logical conjecture, by inference, by analogies, by agreement through pondering views, by probability, or by the thought, ‘This contemplative is our teacher.’ When you know for yourselves that, ‘These qualities are skillful; these qualities are blameless; these qualities are praised by the wise; these qualities, when adopted & carried out, lead to welfare & to happiness’ - then you should enter & remain in them.”

When I would go to a Buddhist temple to meditate it was a pure land Buddhist temple... There were many Buddhas even though they do focus on a few or one the most. They had a few different stories
In the main hall, there are usually 3 or 4 buddhas statues... if you observe, hundreds of tiny buddhas around the walls of the main hall, each can represent one of you.
Thanks for the work ! Just a note for people that are new to buddhism: a lot of the images shown are not what the voice is referring too, and show yoga or Mahayana images when talking about Theravada, and vice versa. 🙏✨🕊
The content of this video is excellent. Thank you so much for making clear what is unclear to so many! I'm a bit confused by all the yoga footage though. I guess it's hard to find good stock footage of Buddhist meditators. They aren't easy to film without disturbing the meditation. It could be a bit confusing to many to show Western yoga practitioners, as their path, view and practices are quite different from Buddhism.
Your video is educative.

I want to wish many merits to those who aided this video,I felt very emotional when i heard my beautiful Island. I am Sri Lankan ,my country protected this great teaching but now my country is beyond repair it seems. The colonizers have made sure of that. I live in an area with a heretic( fake monk/Chivaradari) who molests little boy monks and no one can punish him because of the connections, tricks etc he uses. Sri Lanka needs immediate reordination!!! There are so many heretics in Sri Lanka now its just such a shame. A famous monk said only 10% of the total monk population of Sri Lanka are all good monks, the rest are just heretics. My country has gone through a 30 year civil war with the worlds first terrorist organization (LTTE), tsunamis, floods, terror attacks from ISIS and economic and political turmoil. I don't if my country can take it anymore.
Shiddhartha was an Atheist. He did not believe in any religion but taught people to be skeptic and inquire something before accepting. Shrewd people formed a religion after his death for free bread.
The Buddha was the originator of Vipassana, so it came from India. Of course the Vipassana movement began from Burma. Still a great video and a very calming experience
I am currently living in the American south, have been practicing theravada Buddhism since I was 17, beginning with a reading of The Dhammapada. Since then I've read much more broadly, but still read the pali canon nearly daily. "When a fool commits an evil action, he is lighting a fire in which he will [must] one day burn." The difference between theravada and others for me was one of divinities rather than doctrine, whereas some see the buddha and buddhas as godlike beings whereas for others the buddha was a philosopher and the dharma is a practically understood guide for self-actualization. This feels a bit detached from the spirituality, though that might be an artifact of language and not of the experiential reality of Buddhist practice. Practice mindfullness in all things, engage in right-action, right-thought, right-speech. Take no part in lies, fear-mongering, or deceit of any kind. it is a fire in which you one day burn, etc. For me it has been a practice of seeking knowledge and self-analysis to the ends of self-improvement public and private. One thing of note about a nation of Buddhists for me is that it has yet to past they invaded and oppressively converted others to believe as they did. It speaks to the sophistication of the idea that it needs not arm itself.
As both a Theravada and Mahayana practitioner, I’d also like to clarify that jhana or jhayati mean meditation. It has both the function of stopping (samatha) and looking deeply (vipassana). When one observes the breathing with pure awareness, it also calms and concentrates his mind. And when one’s mind is calm, it helps him focus and see unclouded. So samatha and vipassana are not something you can practice separately. Buddha never really divided meditations into two categories. They were just two functions of meditation. It was in the Vissudhimagga where Buddhaghosa categorised meditations that way. We should also not be caught in the notion that the four jhanas are insightless samatha meditations. Joy and happiness are what settle the mind to cultivate equanimity and mindfulness, for clear vision to be developed. So vipassana and samatha are never two distinct practices.
*Ordinary wisdom* can be attained by practicing the 4 Noble Truths & the 8 Fold Path. But *True Wisdom* doesn't depend on any religious practices, virtues or morality. 🙏🙏🙏
I can't believe that Sri Lanka is not mentioned among the Theravada dominant countries in the first half of the video. Even the Pali Canon was written there for crying out loud ! Lol ! Fortunately she mentioned it at the end of the video.
@@salg696 have you been able to find the exact version of it? ive been finding many different versions but not the one used in the video unfortunately. thank you

Thank you so much,i am theravada Buddhist from chittagong hill tracks, Bangladesh
Not practicing blind faith and putting the teachings to use to see the effects is one of most profound aspects for me. Thank you for the comprehensive coverage.
Just an introduction into sectarians in buddhism. Nothing comprehensive about it.
Please allow me to interrupt. I feel Buddhists should know this. I wish Buddism is a way of life in every country, so much hate and ego would disappear over time and we can finally understand each other in a better sense and view each other in better light

Make it make sense!
most of your lives are spent in hell and as animals. good luck. 😅
be happy, I am indian I am buddhist Thank you so much for making such knowledgeable and valuable video
I'm from SRI LANKA and there are almost 22 million population and more than 70% of the population around 15 million are theravada buddhists so Buddhism is definitely the PREDOMINANT religion in SRI LANKA. The speaker mentions that Buddhism isn't a predominant religion in the country at 06:55
Yes this is true..
theravada buddhism originated in Sri Lanka
Also mentioned that it was practiced in Afghanistan. Doubt that.
In case you havent noticed there really isnt proper buddhism in Sri Lanka. Worshipping statues and trees is not buddhism my brother in dharma
even buddha said himself dont worship him ,the only way to respect him is following his teachings and be a good human to the world ,spread love and compassion, this is buddha s words not mine
Mahayana is a good choice, better than being Hinayana.
@@ConformingToEmptiness Thanks

I am new to Buddhism and do not have any fear of death or dying, or perhaps hells or heavens. cheers

The music in these videos is always outstanding. A Spotify playlist would be a blessing 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you. Thank you for this masterpiece video.... 🙏🙇📿✨

Suffering is part & parcel of the mortals, like Happiness.
Without the former, the latter is meaningless.
Suffering is needed, without which will negate the Buddha's Teachings.

17:26. this is the best introduction to breathing attention (anapana sati) meditation i have seen lately and this site is awesome🕸
Thank you for the amazing video! Some of my thoughts:
The 1st noble truth can be described as “suffering exists” (rather than life is suffering and the way out is to get rid of life).
The 2nd truth explains the arising of suffering. Through the six senses, different kinds of feelings, perceptions, and volition are born. When under ignorance, wrong views and grasping tangle us, bringing about sufferings.
The forth truth shows us the way, usually summarised as the eightfold path. But we can also understand it this way:
Following the precepts and living a righteous life, we can easily be mindful and aware in each moment.
U called 4 types of practical abilities? Magga.
This is an amazing comment, thanks!
These are four steps to awakening
Yea are right but you did not include about lineages which practice magic, I mean the esoteric side of Theravada Buddhism which I think is similar the tantra of Hindus and vajrayanist.
How to know the practice such as sotapanna sakadagami etc?
I'm glad you started this video with what is Siddhartha Gautama's most important teaching.
A lot of people assume he's some kind of god or deity and we should just follow what he said without examining how to apply those teachings.
I always use the example that being vegan isn't a requirement, but it's impossible to consume animal products without harming other living beings.
But I wish all the best on their path to enlightenment.
I would like to commend the narrator, what a pleasing voice you have!!!

Can someone please tell me the SONG playing from 7:10-9:10 in the background?? It’s soo soothing id ❤ to meditate to it.🙏🏽
The meditation that you referred to a "Vipassana meditation" is actually "Samatha meditation".

Dear Orator,
Vipassana is an ancient form of meditation which was present even in the time before Buddha in india in 5th century BCE.

Amen . 🕉️🙏❤️❤️.
I really loved this video
Really nice and informative
Keep doing I will be waiting for the other parts
Namo Buddha
The original Kalama Sutta (first quote of the video), we have (in Thanissaro’s translation): “Now, Kalamas, don’t go by reports, by legends, by traditions, by scripture, by logical conjecture, by inference, by analogies, by agreement through pondering views, by probability, or by the thought, ‘This contemplative is our teacher.’ When you know for yourselves that, ‘These qualities are skillful; these qualities are blameless; these qualities are praised by the wise; these qualities, when adopted & carried out, lead to welfare & to happiness’ - then you should enter & remain in them.”
when wisdom try to teach with full compassion 🙏

Buddha teached is helpful to lifted up your life better day by day after you know yourself why you are born and what you want to be in this while still alive in this world.
Thank you for this channel! Your videos are really great!
Yes, she is confused and confusing others too.
So beautifully explained 👍
Still waiting on that stand alone video with the Tara mantra! Thank you for educational videos..
Enlightenment is not about feelings it's about understanding
Siddhartha Gautama (the Buddha) is absolutely correct Absolute
We do not kill We do not advocate fightings, wars. We understand why , the cause and consequences. We forgive because we live with compassion. We are the followers of the teaching of true peace. Theravada 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I am a Theravada Buddhist from Myanmar(Burma)❤ 🇲🇲
First quote in the video simply teaches critical thinking and avoiding blind faith
Hey pure soul, can you please tell the artist name who is singing that background music, she’s creating magic in my mind. I want to listen that music while meditation. My greetings 🙏

Don't worry ,Sri Lanka has thrived for 2000+ years, it will definitely survive. From your Indian friend
I love this channel, seriously 😍
Hey, can you mention the sound tracks that you use. They are beautiful.
Fantastic work. Really a great vid.
Shiddhartha was an Atheist. He did not believe in any religion but taught people to be skeptic and inquire something before accepting. Shrewd people formed a religion after his death for free bread.
Namaste 🙏 thankyou God bless all 🙏 💖 ❤️ ✨️ 💛 ♥️ 🙏
Dhamma is ultimate of science
I'm a teenager in the U.S and I'm looking to get into Buddhism. Do you have any tips to start out since you also started young?
Seeking enlightenment is a desire, thinking is a problem. Memory and imagination leads to suffering.
Very well research and insight knowledge.
*Ordinary wisdom* can be attained by practicing the 4 Noble Truths & the 8 Fold Path.
But *True Wisdom* doesn't depend on any religious practices, virtues or morality.
🙏🙏🙏
Hee 4 noble truth are not something called RILIGIOus ritual it's truth about life budhha spoken
Beautiful and informative. Thank you
I can't believe that Sri Lanka is not mentioned among the Theravada dominant countries in the first half of the video. Even the Pali Canon was written there for crying out loud ! Lol ! Fortunately she mentioned it at the end of the video.
Hey guys. Does anybody know the name of the song the lady is singing in the background, from 3:00 Mark. Thanks!
Yeah.....its vajrayani mantra......
Om tāre tutāre ture swaha
@@sumedhbhagat161 thank youuuuuu

Love you my dear guru ji pranam pranam 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
What is the song at the end of the video? It would be appropriate to also mention the people that made the music used for this video, because they also deserve credits. However, very eleborated and informative video !
