You truly save a lot of money by being able to build it yourself. I'm the only one in my family who isn't good at building and fixing things. I know my brother saved a lot by remodeling his house himself (he even built their kitchen cabinets, himself). Not only do you save money, though, but you have a lot more control of the project this way and can build it exactly the way you want it. Can't wait to see the finished shop and apartment.

His skill and my cheerleading 😅 has been a great tool to save us a lot of money in the building process for sure.
