Great video on the Panorama. I wonder how well it would work on top also hooked through the eyes. I wonder if it would have an extremely slow death spiral glide to it. Very realistic lure!
Great video! I love the idea of using it under a bobber, I may just do just that at some point! Bville sure gets the wind for it. Looking forward to seeing you fish the bait for real when the time comes!
@willi6880 so it is either a tungsten or lead weight that looks similar to a nail, you insert into soft plastics. Typically much lighter than your bullet weight. On the 2.8, you wouldn't need more than the 1/16 probably just a 1/32
So many baits have so many more ways to work them. I myself use yum dingers often times on a weighted hook Texas rigged like a sinking jerk bait. Gets a heck of a lot of reaction strikes. Might have four a way no one works that bait. Nice
1) jig head, 2) jig head with a spinner, 3) spinnerbait/chatterbait/swim jig trailer, 4) drop shot 5) Ned rig, 6) underspin. There are lots of ways to fish one
put a centering pin then nose hook thru the centering pin then put a bobber stop so you don't lose your bait. That's how I rig it good luck. Almost forgot put a small nail weight in the belly of the bait . Have fun!
Rig it like a Banjo Minnow! Try it, and you'll be very surprised. I believe it'll tear less. The action will be lifelike, and unhindered. Even the bigger sizes will be effective with the bait rigged like the Banjo Minnow
This is true, they don't hold up well depending on how you rig them. Regarding price, I can look the other way if they catch the right fish. It should not be long before other manufacturers make a similar bait at perhaps a cheaper price.
I have caught several bass and pickerel on this bait. On a disappointing note, I have not caught any hybrids on it during the alewife spawn at night...
Just got my BFS rod and reel and can't wait to try this out (when and if this bait is available). Always look forward to your videos. Thank you
Thanks John, enjoy!
Was at Dicks sporting goods today they had about 30 packs of these didn’t know they were new or I would’ve grabbed one
Yeah , I was looking for these could not find them, perfect profile

That laugh just knowing its gonna work. Sometimes just watching the action of a bait is almost better than catching. ALMOST 😁
Indeed!
Thank you for sharing

Thanks Josh and thank you so much for giving me that pack of baits!
thanks for sharing
You bet!
You almost figured it out, hook it like live bait but put a nail weight in the nose. Now you you got it! Great show man!
Thanks Chris! More experimentation on the way...
Kinda new to fishing here, but I have the panarama 2.8. What's a nail weight?

@ridinskullcandy gotcha, makes sense now.

Great tip!
A thin nail weight through the bottom belly near the head would probably make it a better swimmer,”living bait” versus “dying bait”, to change it up
I will continue to experiment with the bait and report back any relevant findings.
Great video 👍
Thanks 👍
Awesome.
Thanks.
Love to have some of em but I usually just use what I can get poor man fishing.
Probably good on a dropshot or rigged as a swim bait on a jighead 👍😄

Thanks Tony, looking forward to fishing it. I wonder how it would fish on a scrounger head jig?
Great vid!
Thanks!
Just curious if you had success with the Panorama?
This fall I had very good success with it fishing for stripers as indicated here: th-cam.com/video/-jra7zVi7JE/w-d-xo.html
Use a weighted wackey hook thats how i use them

That is literally how I rigged it in this video.
@@fishden365 that's awesome, my apologies. Very cool
Early reviews say it’s only good for one fish/tears too easily and they’re not cheap.
This is true, they don't hold up well depending on how you rig them. Regarding price, I can look the other way if they catch the right fish. It should not be long before other manufacturers make a similar bait at perhaps a cheaper price.
Fish it on a drop shot and get more strikes.
Hooking it those 2 ways, you will go through one for each fish. They tear easy.
lol you say no fish can resist ,but no caught fish?
I'm still buying

just use the Banjo Minnow!
There’s no good way to fish it without it tearing.
they tear more easily some ways than others. Nose hooking is one of the bette ways, especially if you use a centering pin
I should have gotten some 3.5 for drop shots
Science teacher ?
My channel is all about the art and science of fishing so....yeah, yeah that's it!
Thanks' to Ben Miliken , I won't fish a 6th sense anything.
