    in question no 14 it was given as lactate to pyruvate ratio= 23.4 and in bracket they gave the refrence value and then asked about the diet

    Q15 was not this
    It was 50yr old diabetic with glucose level 106 which of the following will you see in the metabolic syndrome patient is suffering from?
    1)Inc insulin and uric acid
    2)Inc tg and total chol
    3)Reduce HB and not coagulation

    sir in que no 11 i remember there were two options of diiodinase with their subtype like D1 dioidinase and D2 Iodinase

    In question 13 they told Michaelis menten graph follows in that last two options was first order kinetics & zero order kinetics as well
    They also asked something abt enzyme deficiency in that options were given like branch chain amino acid couldn't able to recall the whole story but yeah !

      @@drsayantaannsaha in question it was mentioned that patient abdominal girth is 95 cm and fasting glucose is 110 mg/dl ,so this might be the case of impaired fasting glucose suggestive of insulin insensitivity hence insulin level might be high too

      I was debating between B1 and B6 as both can present with a "tingling sensation". So, is Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) not the answer? Because pt with TB who takes isoniazid needs to take B6 as a supplement to prevent peripheral neuropathy, as, without it, it would give a tingling sensation.

    Q12 Pyridoxine(B6) deficiency can cause tingling sensation
