- Bonus track from the album "Frames"
Periscope extends the lens
Veiney hands can't mend
Your broken little baby's remains
We all fall to bits just the same
Eyes down for a full house
Yeah I love you long time
They christened me just to give me a name
Now know that I'm to blame
There was no man in his eyes
No lights to beam home those ships
Can't even extend out his arm
To go and cash in his chips
I wish that I could not so rightly place this
But at least I can say that I was there
That I witnessed his demise
But you my lucky son
Because of your size
You would not remember
This has sent your only son
To an early grave
What you thought was an accident
Was deliberate
There's a twitch in his hand
As I offered him mine
Our captain only cared about his crew
But you would not remember, would you?
And when that time does come my brother
And I should offer you my hand
You'll know just what to do
What not to put me through
You must remember...
Come your expiration
Come your sell-by date
And there is no companion
It'll be too late
All this misfortune is punishment
He sings of gods that desert him
He falls again
But undeterred he hides from the light

That song is one of my favorite ones to play on Halloween. I somehow managed to find the bonus track version on iTunes when it was out. And it is so freaking creepy, but that’s what makes that song so cool. The song does not get enough love even the band that wrote it thinks it’s a B-side when it is truly an a side song
masterpiece.
I adore. One I like the most from Oceansize.❤
one of the best songs to ever exist is a B side with 9k views
This song is being done a disservice by being a bonus track on this album, it's hauntingly beautiful and I much prefer it over 'The Frame'. Maybe that's just me though.
the frame is an beautiful album closer though, bright and hopeful and inspiring
I feel like they should've done the same thing that Karnivool did on Sound Awake. The last listed track is Deadman, but 8 seconds after it ends, Change begins, which is 12 minutes long and as good as everything else on the album. Not exactly a secret track as it's easy to discover, but separate from the rest of the album as it wouldn't really fit without changing the pace. Voorhees being given the same treatment would be perfect

Why isn't this on spotify?
it was a bonus track at the end of frames
I guess this song wasn't on the album because it wouldn't fit the theme of the rest of it? There was def enough room on the album in terms of runtime but doing that would also put it at 77 minutes which is quite long
Some connection with Forest by SOAD
