Luka isn't going anywhere. Cuban isn't going to risk the embarrassment of fumbling Luka so my guess is Luka will be handed the keys and calling/approving all the shots from now on. The Mavs roster will probably look unrecognizable. It'll be interesting to see who Luka gives the OK on.

How is any of this his fault? He's playing a god damn historic season of basketball. He is fantastic. While i agree his defense is extremely weak, hes tasked with literally carrying the offense, even when Kyrie is on the floor. A horrible decision to trade for him, and Jason Kidd is a horrible coach.
Not really. He just played his best individual season. Not his fault the roster sucked entirely. He’s an adaptable player that won many titles before and elevating his game each year. Idk what you’re talking but defense yes he can improve on that side. But for that they need to share his offensive load

You can tell when people are hiding something. His answers are very vague and he seemed to avoid answering many of the questions. He didnt seem like he wanted to be there. The NBA is bizarre not like it use to be in the 80's and 90's.

It took Dirk forever to win a ring and only retired with 1. Not every player is going to be like Dirk, I think Luka wants to win multiple rings and dominate the league he won't do that in Dallas. Star players aren't lining up to play for Dallas, so if they can't do it through trade or the draft, he'll never win there in this era of super-teams.
Some players look good on stats sheets but unable to lead team wining. He and Kyrie may fall into that category.

Luka has issues (high usage and lackluster defense) but these are solvable with him still being a MVP level player. The real issue is Cuban and the front office, they think they are smarter and more talented than they are. Shark tank Cuban sums it up perfectly, they get it wrong most of the time and the only reason people respect them is that they had money to begin with (which may, or may not, have been a case of right time right place and non-replicable).
At least he lost weight and is in good shape by the looks of it.
Brunson, Porzingis, dinwiddie, wood, now kyrie. Everyone plays better before/ after playing with the mavs. luka low key the problem.

not really, it's the Mavs front office who can't get decent pieces around Luka that gel well with him (plus Cuban kicks/let's go of all the teammates that Luka loves), that and Jason Kidd as a coach has not made any changes in playstyle, since losing all of their key defensive pieces.
This is such a stupid take. They have more usage when they're not playing with Luka, of course their stats are going to be better. If you're really going to blame the Mavs, it's the coaching and the organisation.
They have more usage bc they don’t have to stand around while Luka have the ball 99% of the time. The guy have been tops in usage rate since entering the league. So he kinda is the problem needs to learn how to play off the ball.
