I agree with your thoughts about Trouba. He's still a Ranger, and I want ALL rangers to do well. It's a new season so any criticism I had with him or any players are erased. New season=clean slate for all teams and players. In my 50+ years of watching hockey I've seen a lot of players have bounce backs. Thanks for the video Jon, just missed the premiere. Problem with rangers is age of your core and some star players. I wouldnt be to happy if your best player is supposed to be artemi panarin. I get that he does plus 100 points, but in playoffs... He was ghost. Igor and laffy were your best players.
There wasn’t “holes” in Brook’s story, Jon. When you have the sources that Larry has cultivated since 1976, you get more than occasional access to live information as it’s unfolding. We got the rare privilege of witnessing what was occurring behind the scenes, and should be grateful to know the TRUTH as it was happening. If the result was that either Trouba or Drury was embarrassed, then those are simple byproduct of honest reporting. No reason to shoot the reporter. It’s messy, because the situation was messy, not because the reporting was messy. What is also messy is you questioning the reliability of the Brooks story without evidence beyond Trouba’s non denial denial.
vesey carrick and brodzinski isn't a bad 4th line actually. I wish they could also alternate some games with the "5th " line combo of othmann/(cuyle) edstrom and rempe
