I have an anxiety disorder and everything you said spoke to me. It's a long road, but I am working on accepting that I can no longer be as productive as I used to be, and on finding a new system that allows me to take care of myself and still be somewhat "productive" (at least start and finish the personal projets that are important to me).
let me tell you, you are not alone! I also love the fact that you are trying to set more realistic and not so idealistic standards. I feel you! I have been trough that (and I still go through it from time to time). Sending you a very big hug ❤️

This video is so relatable, I guess for everyone. We are so hung up with our surrounding that we hardly have time to listen to our own voice. Before, when I was young I used to write down my thoughts and daily activities but with time I just totally stopped that. But I again started writing journal recently, but I have to admit, like as you said in your video, it's very time consuming. But still I am trying my best to make it as a hobby.

Finding your channel was the highlight of my day so far 😊 I relate to you a lot. Living your life simply is not boring at all. It can be very full filing. I was very chaotic as a child and teenager. Went through a lot of abuse as well. Now that I’m finally living on my own and functioning as an adult I tend to live my life much better and calmly. También me recibí a los 23 años de una carrera universitaria (administración) y una de las cosas que me hubiera gustado hacer es viajar o vivir afuera 1 año. No lo hice y me metí en el "sistema" inmediatamente. Mi consejo es que no te presiones en pensar constantemente que hacer con tu carrera profesional. Sos muy joven y tenés mucho talento. Los títulos universitarios son una herramienta que la podemos usar, transformar o guardar por un tiempo. Saludos desde Córdoba !

I went through the same thing with sleeping. It’s called sleep anxiety, and there are a lot of podcasts over it. My therapist is also into sleep psychology. When you try to sleep at night, don’t lay in your bed unless you’re nodding off. Associate your bed with only sleeping. If you’re not feeling like that, get out of bed and do something else. Try to stay awake. This sounds the opposite of what you’re trying to do, but because you’re trying to “stay awake”, the anxiety of trying to sleep is lowered. Also, stop looking at your phone to check the time to count the amount of hours you have to sleep until the next day. If you have to look at your phone, close your eyes while you unlock your phone to not look at the time. Looking at the time to check how many hours you get a night makes you more anxious. Stop counting the house you have to sleep or wake up. For the first few weeks, I tried this, and sometimes, I still have sleep problems, but I no longer get anxious over it. My boyfriend can fall asleep in a minute, and I envy him. But when I realized that he sleeps at two and wakes up at 8 on work days, he just trained himself to get less sleep. He doesn’t have that mindset that he NEEDS 8 hours. Having a routine that you do before you sleep helps too.

I also read about how a man did his own experiment: he slept various hours (4-9 hours depending on the part of the test) and told himself that he wouldn’t have enough sleep. He repeated but told himself he would. He felt better with 4 hours of telling himself he will have good sleep than 9 hours after telling himself he will be tired.
I watched this while eating breakfast, playing games on my phone and journaling at the same time. I guess I needed someone to tell me to stop multitasking for once. ^^;;

Not sleeping i have the same issue..the last weeks I sleep better ..dont think dont think I say to my self and I concentrate on my belly when I breathe..it works..I go every night on the same time in my bed and I noticed that I sleep to much on the days when I have a difficult night before . So I go out off my bed at 7 o'clock its early when its winter..but my housework is now done. My schedule is every morning do something what you most do monday my camber ..next day my bedroom and I do every day my floor bedroom and kitchen and one laundry. It's a eas..now . My friends..and familie I have reduce the visits and I write done wat i think and what they say so i dont get stuck in my head..it is much better. Hope you find something that works for you..so you sleep better have a great day

My social media feel mostly consists of memes and news and my career field related videos. No celebrities. Not following people I know in RN. Even if I happen to follow I put them on mute story and post. That helps me a lot. So I literally go on Instagram for a good laugh. Because of that my want to go on it has stopped. I've make my Google news feed a lot about my career field. So I get to read good articles and information. Same with Instagram. I find communities that I relate to deeply but can't find such in my real life but only on IG. It's all about how you build your feel and work with that algorithm

My social media feel mostly consists of memes and news and my career field related videos. No celebrities. Not following people I know in RN. Even if I happen to follow I put them on mute story and post. That helps me a lot. So I literally go on Instagram for a good laugh.
Because of that my want to go on it has stopped. I've make my Google news feed a lot about my career field. So I get to read good articles and information. Same with Instagram. I find communities that I relate to deeply but can't find such in my real life but only on IG. It's all about how you build your feel and work with that algorithm

Hola! las razones son varias. Pero basicamente, el canal lo empece hace mucho hablando de un tema que no se hablaba mucho aca, el minimalismo. Queria desafiarme haciendo los videos en ingles, para tambien seguir practicando y no perder el idioma. Por otro lado, me encanta hablar ingles asi que me parecio una idea divertida para seguir aprendiendo/practicando! saludos
