    Am not to sure if you know why NSR uses air wheels? If not the reason is when the tire is glued and trued as it goes down the track it inflates and gives you more top end. When a nsr tire is treated with there tire grip it works fenamonial. The grip is second to none. By applying the inner tube in the middle defeats the purpose. I usually put the tire divots inside where the screw goes in the hub for easier adjustment of the hub when you put the screw driver in. Try the nsr wheels and glue and true them. And get some NSR treatment. You will love the results. There is a video on TH-cam how to do that. Just search for it.

      I was aware of how they operate.
      However, we don't use track adhesives on tyres where we race (we run them dry as a rule).

      It's mainly to even the field for all competitors, we allow only polyurethane and rubber tyres 😊

    Thanks for posting! Just got myself a NSR ASV GT3 as an early Xmas gift; how much weight did you add overall?

      Sadly, I am not able to give you a precise ballast measurement as the car was sold a little while ago. We (a friend and I) last time, tried with some sticky fishing ballast behind the front axle as the car was lifting of the slot on wood track. also had the Very Hard 'green' chassis on, for that same wood track setup.
