Talbina Recipe/ Delicious Remedy For Stress and Depression/Sehri and Iftaar special

- Talbina Recipe...
Ingredients:-
1 1/2 litre full fat milk
100 g barley
8-10 dates
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Dry fruits as per taste..
"रसूलुल्लाह ﷺ के घर वालों में से जब कोई बीमार होता था तो हुक्म होता के उसके लिए तल्बीना तैयार किया जाए, फिर फरमाते थे कि तल्बीना बीमार के दिल से गम को उतार देता है, और उसकी कमजोरी को यूं उतार देता है जैसे के तुम में से कोई अपने चेहरे को पानी से धोकर उससे गंदगी उतार देता है।

हज़रत आयशा रज. से रिवायत है कि ...तल्बीना दिल को मजबूत करता है।(बुखारी)
..... तल्बीना बीमार के हृदय को राहत पहुंचाता है,और उदास की उदासी दूर करता है।(बुखारी, मुस्लिम)
हज़रत आयशा मय्यित के घर वालों और रोगी के लिए तल्बीना का आदेश, सूचन जारी करती।(मुत्तफ़क़ अलैही)
आज की नई साइंस रिसर्च ने यह साबित किया है कि जौ एक औषधीय गुण तथा स्वास्थ्य वर्धक लाभदायक अनाज है।
जौ में दूध के मुकाबले में 10 गुना अधिक कैल्शियम होता है और पालक से ज्यादा फौलाद मौजूद होता है उसमें तमाम जरूरी विटामिन्स भी पाए जाते हैं, परेशानी और थकान के लिए भी तलबीना का सूचन मिलता है, फरमाते हैं:"यह मरीज के दिल के तमाम बीमारियों का इलाज है और दिल से गम को उतार देता है".

जब कोई नबी ﷺ से भूख की कमी कि शिकायत करता तो आप ﷺ उसे तलबीना खाने का हुक्म देते और फरमाते कि उस खुदा की कसम जिसके कब्जे में मेरी जान है यह तुम्हारे पेटों से गलाज़त को इस तरह उतार देता है जिस तरह तुम में से कोई अपने चेहरे को पानी से धो कर साफ कर लेता है।
नबी ए पाक ﷺ को मरीज के लिए तल्बीना से बेहतर कोई चीज पसंद न थी। उसमें जौ के लाभों के साथ शहद के गुण भी शामिल हो जाते थे। उसे नीम गरम खाने, बार-बार खाने और खाली पेट खाने को ज़्यादा पसंद करते थे।(भरे पेट भी यानी हर समय,हर उम्र का व्यक्ति उसका उपयोग कर सकता है, सेहतमंद भी,बीमार भी)
नोट: तलबीना न सिर्फ बीमारों के लिए बल्कि तंदुरुस्तों के लिए भी बहुत बेहतरीन चीज है, बच्चों,वयस्कों,बुढ्ढों और घर भर के सदस्यों के लिए खुराक ' टॉनिक भी, दवा भी, शिफा भी और अता भी.... खासतौर पर दिल के मरीज, टेंशन,मानसिक तनाव,दिमागी बीमारियां, पेट, जिगर, पट्ठे,तंत्रिका(Neural,मसल्स) महिलाओं, बच्चों और पुरुषों की सभी बीमारियों के लिए अनोखा टॉनिक है।
"जौ" जिसे अंग्रेजी में 'barley' कहते हैं, उसको दूध के अंदर डाल कर 45 मिनट तक दूध में गलने दे, और उसकी खीर सी बनाएं। उसके अंदर आप चाहे तो शहद डाल दें या खजूर डाल दे। उसे तल्बीना कहेंगे।

8.कोलेस्ट्रोल की अधिकता
9.दुबलता
10. दिल और आंतों की बीमारियां
11.पेट (stomach) का वरम,सूजन
12. अल्सर कैंसर
13.रोग प्रतिकारक, इम्युनिटी की कमी
14. जिस्मानी कमजोरी
15.मानसिक रोग
16. दिमागी बीमारियां
17. जिगर
18. पठ्ठे
19. निढाल होना
20. वसवसे (ऑब्सेशन)
21. चिंता (anxiety)
के अलावा दूसरी बेशुमार बीमारियों में लाभदायक है, और यह भी अपनी जगह एक हकीकत है कि दूध से ज्यादा कैल्शियम और पालक से ज्यादा फौलाद पाया जाता है इस वजह से तलबीना की अहमियत बढ़ जाती है।

Absolutely like lemon , honey should be added to warm(not too hot) ,, as example in case of lemon , vit. C gets destroyed at high temp.

Ali (ra) was eating dates n Messenger of Allah Muhammad S.A.W said shall I tell you about something more powerful n high in energy n strength, which is talbina (Barley). I would recommend organic barley or barley flour..
