I'm retired at 47, This video here reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to having over $65,000 biweekly profit, a honest partner and a good daughter full of love ❤
I can still remember the exact feeling on my biggest payday in the market. Imagine taking home $407k just from 12k initial deposit. For the newbies I'll encourage anyone to embrace copytrade as the best approach especially when you're a newbie
Huge! been trying to trade on my own for a while now but it isn't going well. Few weeks ago I lost about $10,000 in a particular trade. Can you at least advise me on what to do?
🙏*12k to 407k is significant increase. My first copytrade wasn't profitable. Please share who you copytrade *
I only copytrade one manager

Well. You & Steph have taught me everything I know about gardening and in 6 years I have people stopping by to look at my gardens. Your judgment and plans for this space will be awesome, I'm sure! Extra bonus points visiting native nurseries and learning about the plants! I'll be glued to every video, as always, lol.
Affordable sign idea would be QR codes and an app/website. That could drive traffic to your TH-cam channel, extra ad and store revenue, affiliate links for online nurseries that sell the plants you are featuring, etc. a little up front work to map out the garden and then have that map be interactive as visitors walk through the space.
Wow; that's thought through. Sounds like you're knowledgeable -- superior. Thx!
Again- congratulations to you both. It’s going to be beautiful !!
This is wonderful! The world continues to be full of folks like you both and continue to beautify the local spaces! Thank you.
Holly looks like she's posing for us.😊
Love following along with your transformations!
I'm super excited for this! I started my GA native garden last year, and it will be nice to watch someone in the southeastern usa with lots of experience also planting natives.
Would love to see some art you have made with branches in your new garden! looking forward to what works for you. I am trying to add more natives.
You guys are awesome!
Thanks for taking the time to do this Q&A !
Hi Jim and Stephany 👋 Everything sounds wonderful! So excited to be on this new journey with ya'll 😊 Thank you for taking us along. 💜 Jen, zone 9b Texas Gulf Coast
YES!!! Bog Garden! FROGS! BUGS! Do it! I want to see it!!!
Jim mentioned that his TH-cam channel is supported monetarily by the ads that are included. For about $14 a month, you can get TH-cam Premium which is worth every penny. No ads. No interruptions. Just goes right into the content. SO totally worth it, especially if you follow a number of gardening channels as we do. Ftom what Jenny and Jerry have said on Gardening with Creekside q&a, the channel either the same amount or even more if it is watched by a TH-cam premium member!! Just fyi 💚
You get free access to TH-cam music as well (think Spotify). If you’re already paying for Spotify it’s worth it to switch in my opinion.
What a pretty dog!
16 year old Holly😊
Is there any Bermuda on that lot and if so how thick a layer of those wood chips would you need to be assured you're not going to have an outbreak?
Can’t wait to watch this space transform! I’ll be curious where you get your natives as they seem hard to find with any variety at the big box stores.
My yard has turkeys (11) come through every day and they dig in thr mulch relentlessly. It has really accelerated the composting of the chips
Must be some good grubs in there! XD
Loving everything about this!
Thank you Jim and Stephany. ❄️⛄️💚🙃
I can't wait to see what all you do with this space. Sometimes I don't have the time watch the videos but I let them play anyway! I absorb some of it and can come back to it later. I hope that benefits monetarially.
Good idea to do a water garden that captures moisture and seeping into the ground. A swale or depression in the yard. Then add moisture loving plants. Some communities are starting to adopt this method so less go down the drains of roads.
Our dog finds collecting the plant tags we carefully placed in the garden, labelling bulbs and all the shrubs and perennials. Chewing them up and playing chase to try and get the bits out of her mouth 😆. Best laid plans... and dogs don't always mix 😂.
THIS IS SO FUN!!!!
One time I did a landscaping job moving a small pile of spruce wood chips. The smell was powerful and they were really dry and the dust was going in the air. After breathing it in for only a couple hours I got a terrible headache, runny and stuffed nose, and had issues breathing for a couple days.
I think it was because the wood chips were so incredibly dry and the dust was terrible. Of course it rained for the first time in forever right after I did that.
This is going to be a fascinating project. So many of us garden on narrow (or shallow) urban lots, and I'm wondering what type of screening you will employ with more neighbors now alongside the new garden? For example, that guy's garage and truck in this video - and where the property line is. The design aspect - how you guys will "solve" this issue - will be of interest to many small lot gardeners!
Jim. Come visit Mike and I. You will not be disappointed!! Dog friendly and you have a room if you want. Though I get it - the van has everything you need. We have plug in for you!!
will you pursue "keystone" natives? what wildlife will you try to attract? hope you incorporate a rain garden and design this garden to manage the rainfall.
Helping with the signage sounds like an opportunity for groups to sponsor some of it to help with the costs of excellent signage. Schools, garden groups, growers etc.
I've seen very green, very damp baled hay catch fire but never wood chips. Sure glad to have spent time in an agricultural community growing up, I learned things that aren't taught well in most schools. Good time for folks to learn some things IMO
Wondering When are you starting the other project / location, the large property you had wood chips put down?
Did you consider planting a yellowwood tree? We love ours - which replaced one of our ash (and planted nearby)
It would be great to be able to hold some of the rain in our backyard's soil, but the "soil" is mostly limestone with a little clay. Water penetration takes hours, if not days. If it weren't for the lot's slope, we would have serious standing water issues. I like the idea of being able to hold as much water as possible on the property, but we may be an example of a location where it just isn't possible.
Its going to be amazing! Im definitely going to watch along!
The large chinese privet....its arched and thats a really beautiful look to have arching trees to walk under or sit under in the hot summers...doesnt it provide a bit of shade, and make a woodland garden/secret garden effect? If u take it out then theres no shady spot to go to.
Chinese Privet is incredibly invasive and tough to eliminate. I'm hoping it gets the basal bark treatment that kills it but leaves the structure in place (for native vines)
Oh ok...I just think it looks pretty as an arching shade area, but of course he will do whats best.
Does the new space offer opportunities for shade plants?
Do you have any clumping bamboo in your gardens?
Pls remember middle aged gardeners when designing the signs. It’s hard to enjoy spaces where I have to constantly be putting my glasses on and taking them off.
Jim, you may have answered already…the red brick building behind you…? Who owns that?
I get wood chips here in the AZ low desert. I worry if they are a fire hazard. Do you have any idea on that?
Talk to your county extension agent. You will probably get very dry material but it wouldn't be smart for those of us on the other side of the country to advise you on this. Local information is the best
