Thanks for the video. I've been eating breakfast burritos for the last year and only now starting to work on making my recipe better. They are around 500 calories but mine has too much fat... Going to give this recipe a try and see how it goes 😊
The fat from Eggs are not the problem, they will help with your Testosterone and having higher Testosterone will be easier to loose fat. You should aim to make the portions smaller somehow, not removing egg yolks.
@@dincamarcel3691 most of the fat is coming from the pork mince I was using, I need to find a better suplier 😂 I live in the netherlands in a very "anti meat" city so finding meat is quite a struggle for me
You always go Soy and gochujang paste, which is good I always have a tub of gochujang on hand. But Soy and Siracha is so much more flavorful (to me), it's worth a try!
If you freeze these, wrap them in a damp paper towel when you toss them in the microwave to reheat. That will keep them from getting dried out in the microwave.
Many of the stuff you use are location specific and are not available everywhere, like low fat cottage cheese is not available in my location. It would be good if you also talk about possible replacements of some of such stuff.
Thank you for your response. So if you don't like spicy food in the morning, you could just stick with all the other ingredients (without adding any other chili based hot sauce)? Or is that absolutely necessary for the taste of the sauce?
Can you show us what a day in your life of eating looks like? I just found your channel and by taking a quick look I'd get exhausted by monitoring what I eat so much
I love the protein scam which is advertised everywhere lol. You buy a bag off protein bagels from the shop there hard to get a hold of and the regular bagels are sitting stocked up on the shelf. When you check the regular bagels have about 3-4 grams more protein in there it’s just because the other has protein plastered on it it sells like wildfire 🙄
What do you think of using low fat cottage cheese instead of cheddar? One serving is 80cal / 1g f / 5g c / 12g p. Will slightly increase calories, but add more protein and reduce fat. Not sure when to add it though (before or after eggs?).
Just put this stuff in your tupperware (or what have you) and throw away the wraps. Save 70-75% of the carbs and ~20% of the calories. Protein wraps are usually 50-75% more expansive than regular wraps and taste of ass.
Yerp, bread sometimes doesn't agree with me. Since I'm less otg not doing utility work. I do browned onions, ground turkey/chicken, rotel early with meat, some seasoning, 8 eggs and chili con queso. Divided in 5 tupperware and go
@@ShayanGivehchian eggs are fine... Depends on how you cook it, it kind of bind with the protien, you don't really have "scrambled eggs" in the wrap, it's more a kind of "eggy minced meat" texture, that makes the protien taste a bit "creamy". I cook these in batches of 12 (2 packs of wraps)

Paper towels can stick to frozen/prepped burritos. Parchment will never stick.
Felu coming through with another protein rich meal... Some things never change 😂
Indeed lol
the glazing is crazy

Really high fat as usual too ;)
these recipes are legitimately good, easy and have worked for me.
Great to hear!

FYI your macros don't include the 5g honey :). Not a big deal, will just add 15 cal (4g carbs).
Damn, you right, will correct it in the description box
Felu ur stuff is great, tho I wonder with freezing these how long they’re good for? Like can I cook 10-15 of these and eat them over months ?
Learn to read the description. Especially if you're looking for info.
What's an alternative to gochujang sauce?

Can you say what ground turkey you are using? I calculate 100 grams of ground turkey at over 200 calories.
Great Video, just one Note, you don’t have to use oil to Toast a tortilla
Thaw burrito before microwave, or straight from freezer?
Can you do an updated Amazon shopping list and alternatives to items in case they don’t have it in stock in the US please?
Awesome videos mate, been binge watching your videos haha
Btw small suggestion, have the CTA for you book in the middle of the video as well then more people will see it 🙌

Thank you, this looks delicious.
Hope you enjoy
Thank you very much! Is there a sth you would replace the gochujang with? I tried it an it is definitely too hot for me...
I would try to add either sriracha or any other chili based hot sauce instead

Delicious!
Felu what if you don’t lose weight using your cookbook
Buy wraps at the Turkish store they're bigger. That Kerrygold cheese tastes like plastic. Gruß aus Essen 😂

Dont chop the onion grate it; little ones that don't like the taste can't taste it cause no crunch..
Do these freeze well?
Probably if you don't crisp the outside
They should yes. I've made similar ones a bit smaller and they do freeze well
@@StephanBouwer I'm skeptical about the eggs freezing well. Everything else should be ok

Yes, I prefer storing them in the freezer instead the fridge.

nah the tortillas are just not worth it
lol that picture comparison at the end is so bullshit. Use similar pics, the first one is at an awful angle
