    I love how this video talks about how to make explanatory videos where it is a great example itself.

    Hi, how do you animate this floating crosses? Do you animate each separately inside one composition or?

    • @exeasy
      @exeasy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yeah I just precomp all the elements that belong to the background and then add a wiggle expression to each of them, I show this trick here: th-cam.com/video/Wocu2xlfIWE/w-d-xo.html

    Are the scenes drawn in Illustrator?
    If I am not an artist, are there sources or drawings in the same style that I can just modify?

    • @exeasy
      @exeasy  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      yep, the style frames are made in Illustrator. You may check the stock sites, like www.freepik.com, you'll find some vector art there, many of them are completely free

      Do you offer courses on Udemy or other sites?
      Excuse me, I really benefited from your tutorial on TH-cam, but the explanation is very fast.

      @@nornour7884 thank you for asking, sorry though, I don't have a course yet. You can indicate a specific scene from that video, that is the hardest to replicate. I'll see if I can break that down in one of the future tutors

    I'd love to see more videos about your complete workflow for a new video. Do you create a new Illustrator file for each scene, or do you compile all your layers in one Illustrator file and hide the layers as you work on new scenes?

    • @exeasy
      @exeasy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Steve, I create a new AI file for each scene

  • @PalomaMcClain

    My struggle right now is trying to apply the limited color palette to a bunch of objects that are in the video. The colors often don't look good on top of each other if all the brand colors are pretty saturated. 😕 Especially going for a lineless style

    • @exeasy
      @exeasy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think your works are simply gorgeous! :) I can't really suggest anything, we obviously work in different styles, but when I'm struggling with illustrations I just go on pinterest / Instagram and spend hours analyzing artists I admire. More often than not I find the answers :)

      @@exeasy Aw thank you I really appreciate your kind words! The works I do for my job (flat vector styles) are different than my personal work (digital paintings). For my job I animate explainer videos on different topics :) It offers a different challenge when it comes to working with color

    If you are just starting out, I strongly recommend that you guys familiarize yourself with the design principles! There is a lot of information on this topic on the Internet, I personally like this source: paperform.co/blog/principles-of-design/ but the more you read, watch and analyse the better :)
