- From rein sensors to biometric jackets, a wave of new technology is hoping to make horse riding more accessible for beginners.
A team of equestrians at Scotland’s Rural College have embraced devices that measure everything from rein pressure to rider balance, with the aim of making the sport easier for horses and riders.

I’m not sure how this tech makes riding accessible it seems to help riders improve their skill independent from the instructor. I think they need to put a different title to this video.

I think I would find this gets in the way of the bond between me and my horse... it would interfere in the instinctive process... but, I guess each to their own.

I can live with my disability, but due to poverty I don't actually get to live just exist. Last 8yrs housebound due to poverty
the combination of disability and poverty leaves so many of us trapped. Without adequate housing, care, equipment, education and employment support it doesn't matter how much we're willing to adapt or try unless we have private financial resources (either familial or personal).
