I like the way that your separating everything. It looks great especially curly hair. A lot of people they get discouraged when they see somebody With hair like that, but then I’m happy. what i always wondered is how would you go about doing the dfs formula if your client wants a high and tight type of fade into shear work on top. I feel doing block graduation works well for mid and low fades but a high fade you would end up using your clipper guards shorter than your fingers can cut the parietal ridge anyway because you have way less space to work with.
@RyanAlca Yeah i personally wouldnt use it for a high fade. you can still use it to connect the sides to the top but you gonna have to go back and cut it a good amount shorter to fully blend it in anyway

I wondered the same. But if the block graduation helps you determine the length on top it’s not a total waste of time was my guess, idk
